    Be extremely careful when buying products from this company. They advertise their merchandise typically to be purchase online using platforms like Amazon. Their products are cheap and terrible quality. They advertise fake return policies. Once you receive their product and find the terrible quality and request a label to be returned as their misleading policy shows will ask you thousands of questions, pictures, will give you $20 to keep a terrible product that cost hundreds and you know it will not last. In few words they will give you every excuse so you dont return the product. I escalated this to *********************** and finally they provided me a Label for shipping even-though they receive the Umbrella they want me to remove my reviews in Amazon considering their bad return policy and Now their unethical behavior to force me to remove my review in amazon in exchange of my refund they have clearly stated in many emails that if I dont change my review they wont return my money. I have escalated this matter to Amazon customer service. Dont buy from this company that do not respect customers and behave like thiefs
