      Pool Trooper have no Integrity. They lie, deceive and mislead. Constant price increases but they are their beliefs, values, and actions are misaligned and inconsistent. The government should take a look at this organization.

      Poor poor customer service, tech etc. I had them 3years and slowly service went down. From weeks no show to poor chemicals and when a repair was needed it took weeks for repair to happen and yes pool is turned off for weeks. Then when repair man shoes up I had to go to pinch a penny to get him parts. When I cut them off they still billed for service not done.

      Pool troopers are a horrible company they lie cheat and steal they sabotage equipment and damage pool pumps motors and break equipment .if you are not watching them when they are on your property they wil cause havoc .then tell you when we examined your pool or equipment we see you have a issue then try to charge 3 times what it cost. Don't take my word just use them for awhile you will see it for yourself. I had issues with my pool and they told me so when i got some one else to do the repair they took it personal some repairs like o rings baskets filters i repaired myself since it was simple but they took that personal also .they tryed to say their parts and service are better .bullcrap.we were finding same original parts and equipment cheaper elsewhere and the person i have to repair my pool is reputable. They just didn't like that they couldn't continue to rip me off and i fired pool troopers immediately after i saw that they were just doing more harm to my pool..Do not use this company if you want to save your money and piece of mind lots of good pool companies in Orlando..

      As others have mentioned, this company will cancel your account, then charge you for a final month in which they do not provide any services. There is no communication until you receive a letter from a collections agency claiming you owe. Do not use this company, their service is awful, and you will get stuck in a debt collection nightmare when you cancel.

      Awful rip-off company. Stay away do not use them. They do not keep their word. They charged $74.00 for doing nothing after quoting me $49.95. You cannot trust these people at all.

      I started using Pool Troopers service on 4-16-2024 and the pool cleaner would come every Monday. By the end of June my pool had turned from clear water to green. I called and emailed them that the water in the pool had turned green. They said a supervisor would come out and take care of the problem. On July 3 the supervisor showed up and backwashed the sand filter plus added chemicals to the pool. In two days the green had turned to chalky white or cloudy and I still could barely see the bottom of the pool. I called and cancelled them and hired another pool company to clear up my pool. On 7-8-2024 the pool man from Pool Troopers showed up and I told him that I had cancelled my pool service with them. He said no one had told him and he left. I have a camera in my pool area and caught him before he did anything else to my pool.

      They replaced my equipment with a used chlorinator so "it would be cheaper for them to service". When I told them I don't want a used one and questioned the off-brand, they said don't worry, we warranty it as long as we service it. Now that it needs service they tell me they "gifted it" to us 9 months ago and won't cover it - even though they kept charging us the full amount for those 9 months. When a manager got on the line that's when the lying started. Deceptive practices. Now I have to pay to buy new equipment and repair the junk install they made. Stopped using them.

      Pool troopers will give you below average service and charge a fortune while they are doing it. Take my advice and do not book a service or waste your time with the unprofessional people working the office.

      Signed up for service and received below average service with technician coming on random days or not at all. Canceled service in March 2023 but got a bill anyway in April. Pool Troopers never returned phone calls asking for clarification of bill but turned over to collection agency in June 2023. Explained problem to them and then nothing at all until another collection letter in June 2024. Ridiculous that Pool Troopers wouldnt even return a call, or provide a decent service. It seems by other reviews, this is a common occurrence

      Absolutely horrible company. This company will hire anyone off the streets whether they have prior felonies or not. Experience is not required in fact they prefer people without it. They will work you year after year with very little chance for growth or raises, then throw you out like a piece of trash like they never even knew you. Do yourself a favor and find a better pool company to hire or work for. This is the worst company Ive ever worked for in my entire life. Wasted many years wish I wouldve left sooner.
