      I woke up this morning 08/28/2022 and needed to go to the store to buy groceries and couldn't find my car. When I called the police to file a report, they said that the car has been towed. The ******************** manager called them to inform that they needed to tow a ****** Rav4 2010 Silver and didn't give the reason why they were towing it. On Wednesday 08/24/2022 at 5:33 PM, while going out with my family, I saw a sticker on my car: Warning no parking towing. It said: "Please move this vehicle immediately to avoid towing and storage or booting expenses. This vehicle will be towed on 8/26 Friday time 12:00. Message: invalid permit. Knowing that I have the sticker given to me by the office on the bottom right of my windshield, I didn't pay any further attention and went on my way. They towed my car this morning without notice and want me to pay to have the car back. Since I have moved in this apartment I have been harassed regularly by the management and this is causing emotional distress to me and my family. My 4 small children are suffering because of this. Now I can't go to buy groceries to cook for them and they are hungry. I need compensation for 4 years of harassment and abuse and I need my car back. I will not pay for towing as the office didn't notify me that my sticker was invalid. The office has to pay for the towing and for draining my family emotionally. This is the 2nd time they towed my car without notice and with the sticker on. Towing my car is Landlord harassment/retaliation. I complained here 2 months before because they charged me $188.00 unexplained fee while I paid my total rent on time. They didn't contact me nor the BBB nor did they refund me

      Richman Properties - **************** Apartments *******. Issue: $300 Deposit Refund.We vacated our apartment on June 30th 2022. We supplied 15 day notice per our month-to-month lease requirements by both state law and within our lease agreement signed 15 NOV 2020 (attached). On the 30th June 2022 we attended the ************** of **************** Apartments ******* at approximately 11am and returned keys (2), gate fobs (2), rewards card (1) and gate remote (1). The leasing office said they were too busy to do a walk through and would conduct one later and contact us should any charges need be levied on our $300 deposit. The leasing person confirmed they had our forwarding address on file to send the deposit and also advised we would receive a final statement to confirm any additional charges relating to the property (water etc).On July 22nd 2022 I sent a request through the resident portal requesting an update to our final account. Subsequently this portal access was removed without response from The ******.On August 2nd 2022 I sent a request to **************************** (attached) requesting an update with information for the leasing office to identify us. This email is listed on their website to contact. They never responded.On August 18th (today) i contacted The ****** via phone and spoke to *********** who advised that he could not see any refund check. He took our apartment details and said someone will contact us regarding the matter.Per section 4 of the lease agreement, The ****** has 30 days (July 30th) to provide a final statement and any claim they wish to make on the deposit.The apartment was cleaned thoroughly per the lease agreement with photos and videos taken prior to returning keys.We are requesting our final statement relating to utility charges and a return of our deposit money. The ****** has our cell numbers, email addresses and forwarding address. They have made no attempt to contact us or respond to our enquiries.

      This office is always closed. This apartment is dirty. The maintenance request are ignored or falsely selected as resolved. I had termites in the apartment, they sent someone here to look around and tell me "if I see a swarm termites thats when I should reach out". Mind you, I reached out and told the rent office lady, *******, who told me to submit for pest control and told her it was termites just for her to tell me "pest control doesn't cover termites I will send someone else to spray the apartment" and still to this day NO ONE HAS COME. Im waiting a month PLUS on a mailbox key because this office is ALWAYS closed. Its closed for majority of August! Rent was increased twice within one month, for what? I am not sure this apartment is soooo low quality. The compactor is always broken so there is a million trash bags piled up multiple times out of the week. Pest control does not come so I dont know what I am paying for exactly. Everything in the gym is broken, the pool is broken, like this is a very broken community so I dont understand the increases. I pay my rent EARLY every month, I never had a problem with paying rent but AUTUMN PLACE APTS is a scam. I don't see why there was a rent increase, none of the increase is being out into the condition of these apartments so what was the point. Im just tired of this, I uphold my part of the lease while you handle me any type of way and Im continuously spending my hard earned money. Im sick of it.

      pictures of the office constantly closed, my encounter about the termites that never got resolved, my key inquiry from July, and the office being closed for majority of August including the first week of August they were closed... which means the office was only open for about 4 days out of 31. How helpful... I also have evidence of this office being closed majority of each month since i moved in August of 2021. There hasn't been one month where the office was open on the hours listed online. Unacceptable.
