      I am submitting a complaint regarding an unresolved matter related to my home closing, which took place on March 24, 2023. At the time, Voxtur was listed as the title holder involved in the transaction.During the closing process, I was charged excessive fees. My realtor made several attempts to retrieve the funds owed to me, but these efforts were unsuccessful. On January 21, 2025, I received an email from ******* ******, a National Title Examiner from Voxtur, requesting verification of my address, stating that a check owed to me was ready to be sent. A check for $337.00. Unfortunately, I never received the check.Since then, I have made numerous attempts to follow up with both Ms. ****** and her supervisor, Mr. **** *****, but I have yet to receive a response or resolution. The lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning.

      Dear Ms. ************************** you for the opportunity to respond to the consumer complaint submitted regarding an outstanding refund owed. Voxtur Settlement Services, LLC,served as the title company responsible for handling the settlement of the transaction referenced in the complaint.

      In January 2025, one of our representatives, Ms. ******* ******,contacted Ms. ****** to confirm the mailing address for the issuance of this refund. A check was issued on or about January 22, 2025; however, based on the complaint, it appears the check was never received. Upon review, we believe this may have been due to a typographical error in the address printed on the check.

      Additionally, we acknowledge that the consumer's follow-up attempts unfortunately went unanswered. The individuals that Ms. ****** reached out to are no longer employed by Voxtur, which contributed to the breakdown of communication.

      We sincerely apologize for the delay and for any inconvenience this situation has caused. In an effort to resolve this matter promptly and professionally, we are reissuing a check for the refund owed, in the amount of $337.00. The check will be mailed via ***** 2-Day Shipping to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Tracking No.: 8807 8443 1160. A copy of the refund check and shipping label are uploaded with this response.

      We appreciate the consumers patience and understanding, and we remain committed to ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
