      Waited for more than 10 minutes for a server had wife and grandchildren with me and had to leave uo eat some where else very unprofessional

      Worst meal and ripoff I've ever had. 3 horrible appetizers and 1 drink $88. Beer totally flat, was returned, crabcakes were a paste, Dynamite salmon was a plate of broccoli and a small dry, overcooked piece of salmon. On top of that I had a gift card specifically for Bonefish Grill and they wouldn't honor it. Worst meal without even that minor detail. Stay away.

      Bad DIARRHEA Chose Bonefish for many 35th wedding anniversary on June 23 2024. A few hours after my meal I had severe diarrhea and called the restaurant the next day with no resolution. Called BLOOMING Brands in Tampa Fl three time voicing my complaint and never got a callback to this day. I spent $103 and feel I have been taken hostage. **** *******

      I ordered a gift card on 12/4/2023. They charged my card on 12/8. They never delivered the card so I canceled on 12/19. They never sent a cancelation confirmation. I called the number twice that was on the purchase confirmation. They claim they cannot send a cancelation confirmation and told me to call my credit card company to report a dispute. This is a huge red flag to anyone using a credit card in their restaurants!!!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!!

      I went to Bonefish Grill in ********* last night with my husband. He ordered the bang bang tacos and I got the fried shrimp dinner. We enjoyed some bread with herbed olive oil while we waited for our meal which was good. When dinner came, I could instantly see that my shrimp were cooked a darker shade of brown than I would have liked. They were very crispy which was good, and overcooked and tough inside, which was not good. I ate 4 of the 8 shrimp when I realized that I wasn't enjoying them not even a little, so I stopped. My husband gave me one of his tacos which were tasty. When our waitress came by, she asked how everything was. When I told her about my dinner, she asked if I'd like something else instead. Not wanting to make my husband sit through waiting for a new dinner to be cooked and eaten, I declined. I really thought that when she saw that I left half of my shrimp dinner uneaten, that either all or a portion of the $17 charge for it would be taken off of our bill. No such luck, however. Neither one of us were in the mood to make a fuss, so we paid the check and left. However, I don't think this is the way to do business. We would have been content if they had taken 50% off of my dinner, or offered us a free dessert even. Nothing was done to compensate for a very disappointing meal though, and therefore won't be patronizing Bonefish Grill anytime soon.
