      After reading the negative reviews here, I wonder if the employees would be more apt to serve better if they received their paychecks. I know this is not an excuse for poor service but, after numerous manager changes and each one worse than the previous, maybe they can get one in their that treats their employees with respect.

      We wanted a special Father's Day dinner and there wasn't a question where to go it had to be **********. We were a party of five and everyone knew what we were ordering. Our waiter was friendly and the evening started on a good foot. Everyone placed their order plus two appetizers and a special request for the house dressing to eat on the delicious dread. Salad, soup, bread, and oil came out but no house dressing. Asked for it again. One appetizer was delivered and we requested drinks refills and again asked for the house dressing. Seventeen minutes later three dinners were delivered and told our server that the second appetizer never was delivered and he said do you still want it. We canceled it. He also asked if we wanted drink reflls and we told him we were waiting from th first request. The three dinners we cold and the pasta was all glued together. Fourteen minutes later the steak dishes came to the table both were cooked well done this would be great that we finally got all the meals but it wasn't what we ordered. One steak should have been med and the other rare. We told our server and he told us that this is what we ordered. He took the Steaks back and we told him to just put them in to go boxes. We asked for three additional boxes for the unbeaten meals. We never got drink refills, house dressing or the appetizer. Never asked about our supper or service. I hope this isn't the new standards.

      (*************) In spite of wait time (even with reservation), warm drinks (no ice), over cooked steak (wrong cut too) ... ****** (our waitress) was EXCEPTIONAL. In spite of the restaurant "burningdown" all around her, hectic and unorganized host staff and runners, she was always calm, collected, very polite and super attentive. Cudos!!!! My mother's day looked to be a disaster but ****** saved the day. She's a keeper!!!!

      Be careful if you visit Carrabbas in ********* ** and have a medical allergy. My husband, son, and I visited Carrabbas in *********, **, tonight. I was appalled at the atrocious customer service that we received. We arrived at about 6:45 p.m. and our waiter, ****, came to the table to take our drink orders, and I had a question on the menu because I have a ******** allergy and wanted to ensure what I ordered was ******** free. He said he would check and never came back. 15 min later we saw him taking orders from all the other tables. When I questioned one of the other ************************ finally came over said he forgot to ask as he was busy with other tables, so obviously a medical allergy is not important to Carrabbas. This was the start of a failing evening. We finally got our drinks and meals. As soon as we finished our meal, we asked **** for the check and in his hurry in taking away dishes, he knocked over my glass of diet coke all over my clothes including on my expensive ********* Cardigan Sweater. Because I was in a booth with my son next to me I could not get up fast enough. We asked for napkins and a check. He walked away and never came back. My son was trying to clean up the booth so he could get out. My purse was wet and sticky. I asked for a manager. Neither the manager nor **** came back. Unbelievable, no napkins, no nothing. After about 5 minutes, I was cold because I had ice cold soda down the front of my shirt, so we got up and went to the front host station and asked for a manager again. We passed **** who instead of doing his job and getting napkins and apologizing he was waiting other tables. Again no manager. After another 7 minutes, I told them either they get a manager or we are leaving, I also had to ask repeatedly for napkins. I was appalled. Finally a young man with glasses who claimed he was the manager came from behind the bar and said we could just leave. All I am left with is a big dry cleaning bill.
