    Scam. I did not sign up for a membership. My voice was recorded as part of a vishing scam that is used by this company. They are aware memberships come from the vishing information and they charge credit cards without a valid authorization. Beware.

    We are sorry to hear that Mr. ****** was unhappy with the details about our services. We do work with a 3rd party sales agency and will notify them of the complaint. Please note that there is no "vishing". Customers are only billed if they provide their personal information and agree to the service. After reviewing the account, Mr. ****** was signed up and then cancelled and refunded the same day in the amount of $5.95. In light of this complaint, we feel that we took care of the customer once he contacted customer service. Unfortunately, he has given us a bad review, but we do have thousands of happy customers. We feel we did the right thing by issuing a refund promptly, when he asked.

    The problem is I did not provide any personal information and did not sign up. This company and its third party service can't show any evidence of me or anyone on my phone giving my personal information. SCAM. Also, check out their website and dig a little deeper. I highly question the legitimacy of this business. The right thing would to run a legitimate business and not sign customers up the way this company does.

    This was not a "scam". After Mr. ******'s last comment, we obtained the recording from the agent that spoke with him and we got the recording from the sales agency where he provided his information and said "yes" to the services. If the BBB, is interested, we can provide you with it to verify that he provided his information to us.
    Our company has never billed a customer without permission and there was no way for us to know his personal credit card number without it being provided to us.

    We hope that the BBB sees our view and closes this matter.

    100 percent scam. See above. Vishing. I never contacted this company. They know exactly what they are doing. Any voice was a recording and not me. No record of my phone actually contacting this company. I never, never, never contacted, discussed, or consented to be charged by this company. Would bet that they have no customers that receive legitimate services based on the comment above. Beware.
