      This company is the WORST! They don't want to take any liability over a lack proper inspection from the beginning. We just finished speaking with the owner, ****** and I feel like he used to be a used car salesman with all the fake negotiating he was doing. I requested my $250 charge back since the inspection wasn't done properly the first time (less than a year when my roof was done) The only way he would refund my money is if we signed a liability release, why would I sign one if the leak in my garage wasn't under the warranty . Again, very shady. They only care about the almighty dollar and not customer satisfaction. After reading some recent reviews about this company, I'm not surprised. DO NOT waste your time.

      Be aware of this company. They installed a new roof in our home (Spring 2022); 6 months after the installment, the roof was leaking in areas it had never leaked before. I called numerous times to report the leak, they kept giving me the run around. The interior ceiling and walls are damaged due to the water intrusion. I have called and emailed pictures of the damages cause by the improper roof installment, and they refuse to repair it. Finally, almost 3 years later (January 10, 2025) they finally sent someone to fix the exterior leak around the chimney, still refusing to fix the interior damages they caused. Then charged me an additional $2800 to inspect and fix the roof THEY installed. Even though their website promotes "Free Inspections and 100% Satisfaction Guarantee". Our contract specifically states there is a "5 Year No Leak Workmanship Warranty". They refuse to honor their end of the agreement and are threatening to put a lien on our home. It seems like they enjoy taking advantage of seniors and veterans. Before signing any contracts, visit **** and read the reviews... Many leaks after brand new roof installations... and takes years for them to come back out to repair. It appears they are waiting for the 5 year no leak warranty to expire.

      This company has been making us wait for our roof replacement. My husband is very nice and understanding when they did not make the initial date for the project. They have taken that kindness for granted!!!! We have not been given a date. They keep saying they will be out NEXT WEEK to replace our roof and it has been almost 2 months. What an inconvenience that we cannot make plans and take off because we have been waiting for them to start. We paid for the project already in full. THIS IS JUST UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!! If there's a negative rating, that is what I will pick. They do not even deserve a 1 star.

      We had spoke to Dynasty Building Solutions, who did our replacement of our roof several years ago as we were having a water leak. They said they would come out but didnt belief it might be the roof and told us to pay them $250 for them to come inspect and that they would apply that to the repair if it wasnt the roof which should be under warranty. They came out on August 13th and told us they would have a quote for us within 1-2 days. It has been over 6 almost 7 weeks, we still havent received a quote. Every time I email them to follow up, they tell me they are still working on the quote. I have told them recently on several occasions to refund my $250, and have not received any response or refund of the $250 they scammed me out of. This company is a ripoff and dont recommend anyone using their services.

      0 stars. These guys are big cheaters. We paid this Dynasty Building solutions $22000.0 a year back to replace roof and fix damages. They havent done yet and every time they come up with different excuses. Worst customer service and real pain in the **** dealing with these guys.

      Dont go with this company They rip you off Gave them a third down plus my deductible and got no response Called many times No returned calls Still waiting sinceJuly 2022 Now it is 10 14 2022 Want my money back
