    This contractor did sub par work damaged my soffit then after being paid in full months later contacted me saying I owed for additional labor disposal do not trust at any price james will lie to your face

    We take all feedback seriously and are committed to transparency and professionalism. However, after reviewing our records, we confirm that there is an outstanding balance on your account. As you know, we have only billed for the work performed in accordance with our agreement.

    Additionally, we note that no concerns regarding workmanship were raised until the collection process began. Throughout your project, whenever you expressed concerns, we promptly addressed them to your satisfaction. If there are any new, legitimate issues with the work, we are more than happy to inspect the project and make any necessary corrections.

    We regret that you felt the need to leave a negative review solely because of an outstanding balance. Honest feedback about our work is always welcome, but we hope it reflects the actual quality of our service rather than unrelated financial matters.

    I cant say enough good things about Excel Exteriors. ***** and **** went above and beyond walking us through the whole roof replacement process. Both of them are very knowledgeable, professional and very honest. The work was done on time and they did an outstanding job. I highly recommend Excel Exteriors for any of your roofing needs. I love their professionalism, workmanship and integrity! A++ roofing company!!!

    I was referred to these guys by a coworker. They were honest about the process of removing and installing a roof. Theyve walked me through the process and have been very helpful with any questions I had. I was so happy with them that I referred them directly to about 5 of my neighbors and theyve all been happy. ***** and his crew are good people. They answer calls and texts right away.
