      Set up a contract with them for a new roof. Their roofing consultant sent me a bid to do my main roof plus a flat roof addition. After I signed the contract n sent down payment they proceeded to tell me that they totaled the contract wrong and it will cost another $10,000.00. Be very careful dealing with these guys.

      Our experience was great! We had several quotes for roof replacement after Hurricane ***. Westfall was not the lowest but their reputation within ******** business community and customer reviews swayed us. Our entire experience from the sales through install and ** follow up and our phone and on-site interaction was professional and courteous. There were a few unexpected issues which necessitated further work outside the original quote but those issues were satisfactory resolved with help from the ** department. Our job included soffit and gutters which involved a subcontractor. Our experience with the workmanship of that company was also very good. However we discovered scrap debris left behind from the gutter company which was dangerous. Westfall promptly had the sub come back and walk and clear our property and cleared any remaining aluminum ****** and debris. Overall our roof and gutter project was superb and we highly recommend this company.

      I just want to give out a big shout out to ***** and *****. We were hit by hurricane *** and it was a very stressful time for us. We have not been through this before. The first day ***** came to my house he was very professional and covered all the information about getting a new roof. The process from beginning to end was a smooth transaction. We also of course had several roofing companies contacting us and we chose Westfall. Anytime I called them with questions they were right there to answer my call and there were times 8 pm. With any company of course they want some type of deposit. Westfall worked with us knowing that we had to wait for the insurance money. They were all on time with dates, times etc. The roofing crew that put our roof on were also very good. Cleaned up vey well, I did not find one nail on the ground. They also worked very hard and professional. We did feed them lunch one day :) hint to other customers! And tipped them. I would highly recommend Westfall Roofing to anyone. Keep up the good work!***** and ******

      Our Field Supervisor ***************************** was the nicest,kindness man. So patient and informative. The roofing crew was very respectful of our home and did a great job with the clean up. We will highly recommend Westfall roofing to all our friends and family.
