I signed up in the spring to launch Facebook adds. I paid 12 k and they were late with the launch. After the launch I discovered I also had to pay for the add spend. After about a month I didn’t get the quotes I was promised and inquired about the guarantee. I was told it wasn’t applicable because face book restricted my add spend. Convenient? A month later they were “ hacked”. My banking info was out there. Someone was trying to log into my bank account. My Facebook profile was taken over and I am still unable to access it. All emails they sent to me are now not active. I still have 4 months left on contract and have had only 2 months of the 12 I paid for with their service. Stay away!

Run from this company, hidden fee that arent explained until after a few payment. Theyre guaranteed plan is $4,000/month and then after a few weeks they say the ad spend is not included in that price. The ad spend you must agree to is $4500 more a month. Then they void the guarantee if you dont agree and two weeks in they still arent completed with your sales funnel. but the whole time they say it is, they then offer you a class on ******** advertising so you dont go away empty handed. Dont use them. They are currently being sued for service not rendered and theft by deception.

We apologize that you feel you were wronged. Our terms are always outlined clearly via contract before services begin. Our contract is clear, concise, and upfront. We ensure that questions may be asked and the contract outlining all payment and terms is signed before we proceed with completing services. When a contract is signed we assume that a partner has reviewed our terms due to their signature. If a partner does not wish to proceed once we have already began creating and fulfilling services we are unable to offer you a refund unless our guarantee is not met. We offered you our free course when you wished to no longer be a partner to ensure your business is successful with our without Guaranteed Quotes. We will always do the best we possibly can to better our partners businesses. Again we apologize that you misunderstood what was outlined via contract, signed, and presented to you before services began.

You were not honest about this I was told it was $1000/wk.Total. First contract came in at $1400 a week and I discussed with the “Owner” that I was raising my spend budget to meet his pricing of $4000/m After (2) payments you then informed me I was responsible for the ad spend. You’re rep told me in writing that it was Kenny’s fault because he didn’t explain this. Kenny told me that the $4000/m is for the ads and the 10% of profit is where your company makes money. It does not saying anything about an additional 4500/m never did we talk about a 9500/m adverting campaign. I am a company of (3) people we can’t afford that and I told you that. Your rep Delilah even said it is not what they were doing previous and Kenny changed it on me. It’s literally in her text to me. Also you guys told another payment after I canceled for another $1000.00 at the point of canceling the sales funnel was still not complete. You didn’t offer a free course you offered to teach me to run ads instead of a refund, I declined a class. I told you I’m a small HVAC Company why would I want to learn your job. Then you refused to give the refund. You did not advertising for me and took $3000 from me. The last 1000 was after I canceled. It’s fine court is in two weeks I have everything I need. I mean seriously your employee put in writing that the miscommunication was Kenny’s fault.
