    I contracted Suncoast Enclosures LLC to extend our lanai, install pavers, and put a cage/screen enclosure. However, on the pavers installation, the pavers were uneven, had lips, uneven gaps, and poor quality of workmanship. When I requested for correction, the owner ********************* refused to accept the problem, gave illogical explanation and blames others, such as pavers and house builder, and even tries to intimidate/threaten. I have attached the email with the facts why his explanations are incorrect as well as pictures. He stated that a) pavers are not uniform in thickness. However, the facts contradict this:Stone Mart, the supplier, provided me in writing that Akoya pavers are uniformly 1 1/4" in thickness. Moreover, I randomly selected 3 pavers from thesame batch used for installation and placed them side by side on our kitchen countertop. They were evenly leveled against each other. I showed that to *** in-person. I invited him to randomly select and place any number of pavers from the remaining batch on our countertop to verify their uniform thickness. He did not do so, a s he was aware that they would all be of the same thickness. b) His other point was that the concrete slab under the roof of my house is not level, and the problem lies with the builders construction. If this was the case, the extended slab laid by Suncoast team should have been leveled, and the pavers installed on that portion of the new slab should be even. However, the pavers on the new slab are also uneven and problematic.In summary, his reasoning for the poor installation is due to the Akoya pavers not being uniform in thickness or the builder's slab not being uniform does not hold true based on the evidence. Please help to get this pavers installation corrected or get my full refund of $10,693.
