    I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Synergy Florida. From the very beginning, the experience has been frustrating and unsatisfactory.Firstly, the installation process was a nightmare. The technicians arrived late, and it took them much longer than expected to set up the system. They seemed unprofessional and unprepared, leaving a mess behind and providing very little guidance on how to use the system.Secondly, the system itself has been unreliable. We've experienced multiple false alarms, which have caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. The equipment frequently malfunctions, and despite numerous service calls, the issues persist. Its clear that the products used by Synergy Florida are subpar.Customer service is another major problem. Every time I've tried to reach out for support, I've been met with long wait times and unhelpful representatives. They seem disinterested in resolving my issues and have offered little to no follow-up. Promises of technician visits and callbacks have often gone unfulfilled.Additionally, the billing process has been a headache. I've noticed several incorrect charges on my bill, and getting these errors rectified has been an uphill battle. It feels like the company is more interested in taking my money than providing a reliable service.Overall, my experience with Synergy Florida has been overwhelmingly negative. I regret choosing this company for my alarm and security needs, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for more reliable and professional service.

    Aggressive salespeople that have been to my home three times in two weeks, being told every single time we are not interested and to leave our property. They are trespassing just by coming on to our property after being told to hault any practices attempting to gain business at our address.
