      I placed this order back in November 2022 and never received it. I've sent emails and only got an automated reply. I think the store must've closed or something because their Instagram page is also filled with complaints about not receiving their orders.

      Hello, the date I ordered was November 10th, 2022. I ordered 6 items total, 5 items were crystals and 1 is a book about chakras. It has been 2 months since Ive ordered, Ive sent 2 emails, a message on instagram and also a message on ********* I have NOT heard anything back at all.       I placed an order in 11/17/2022 and have not received my items. I reached out to the customer service email and have not heard back. I went to the website *** d it looks to be down. $60.99 was drafted from my account for items I never received. Ive been ordering from them for 2 years and never had a problem so I have them extra time. This does not look good from a business standpoint and I have lost faith in the company resolving this issue.

      I made an order ***** on 11/16/2022 for over ******************************************************************* service. i have sent multiple emails and all i get is a generic response. company i paid through says order unable to be found or tracked

      Transaction occurred on 11/6/2022. Website stated **** business day delay on order processing. Owner posted a message on ******** blaming the lunar eclipse on her inability to fulfill orders. I sent various emails starting on 11/24 asking where the order was. I commented on one of her posts on 12/4 and have seen several other people commenting saying theyre missing their orders as well. There are bad Yelp reviews in the last month, including one of my own, stating the same experience. Everyone has mentioned that there has been no response from the shop owner. I used Afterpay to complete this order and it is almost time for me to make my 3rd payment and I still dont have my order. I would like a refund of the amount I have paid which so far is $51.24 out of $102.48. This business needs to have a low rating. They stole money from numerous customers and left us high and dry.

      I placed an order for my daughters 20th birthday on 11/4/22. Website said orders take **** days to process. Its been 3 weeks and after multiple emails from me inquiring the status on my order and request for a tracking number, Ive only received an automated emailed from them on 11/14/22, 11/17/22, another on 11/21/22, saying they would get back to me within ***** hours, and still no response. I used a payment plan to help pay for my substantial order ($110+) and they have automatically deducted half of that amount already. ******************* total and Ive received nothing. I sent my final email to them on 11/21/22 stating that If I dont hear from then by the end of this week, Saturday, 11/26/22, I will proceed to escalate the matter and report their business to the Better Business Bureau. This is robbery and absolutely awful customer service. Absolutely no follow-up from the business whatsoever. Sadly, I see other reviews that have had similar experiences on multiple platforms ************* reviews, and even their own website). On their website, 6 out of 18 reviews state issues with not receiving items, lack of customer service, leaving multiple emails etc. At this point, I would not recommend Chakra Zulu to anyone. There are other reputable metaphysical stores to do business with. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND PRECIOUS TIME AND DO NOT BUY FROM CHAKRA ZULU!!
