      I ordered a dryer vent on 12/10/24 for the amount of $47.53 and received an email order confirmation. This amount was charged to my credit card on 12/12/24. I did NOT receive any tracking info or further communication from USA Exterior after the email order confirmation. I emailed them on 12/17/24 & again on 12/20/24 and asked if my order has shipped, no reply was received. I called them on 2/1/25 and spoke with a customer service agent, they took all my info and said someone would follow up with me. I emailed them as soon as I got off the phone and recapped the conversation and asked for tracking info or a refund. Its currently 2/14/25 and Ive still not heard anything.

      I ordered a louver on 9/29/24 Order Confirmation #SO- ***** And paid for it in full and was charged for and never recieved it . I called 4 times for a follow up and email and never received it and never got credited my money back

      On 11/19/24 ordered an exterior shutter from USAExterior and was charged $121.41 on 11/20/24. Order was confirmed through email -#SO-42744. After calling the number listed, which is a 3rd party answering service, 2x since the order date to ask About when I should expect my shutter, have not received any communication from the company. I have also emailed 2x the address given. I have not received the merchandise.

      On May 24, 2024 I placed an order for:MAOL-11460009 Mid America Open **************** Top Width: 14 1/2 Width Length: 60 Length Color: Federal ***** $71.69 2 $143.38 I have yet to receive my order as of September 11, 2024. I have called customer service on 4 occasions and each time they take my info and tell me someone will call me. I'M STILL WAITING!!! I either want my shutters or my money back!

      Company never sent my product will not answer the phone after 10 days of calling them will not give me a tracking number will not refund my money. Will not cancel my product. The company has an answering service who answers there phone calls. I have not talked to anybody from this company I have not been able to get in touch with them. I have called the other phone number and it goes to a mailbox that is full. My complaint is, I cannot cancel my order get my money back or get my product. I believe this is a fraudulent company ripping people off.

      I placed order SO-***** for shutters from USA Exteriors on August 14, 2023. I received a confirmation email, and my credit card was charged for the full order amount on that date. USA Exterior never shipped my order, and their website still lists my order as "processing". I have emailed their customer service multiple times and haven't received any responses. I have also called their customer service number many times. It connects to a call center, and they just record my information with a promise that someone from USA Exterior will contact me later. USA Exteriors has not attempted to return my calls. I would like a refund for this purchase ASAP since I have never received my order.

      I incorrectly ordered 8 shutters and have been trying to get this company to issue an RMA as per what their website details. They requested pictures of the shutters I want to return which I sent. The shutters are in the original packaging and in the exact same condition as delivered. The company has not responded to several emails and phone calls. On the last phone call, I was told that they would return my call with return instructions which has yet to happen. I have no confidence they have any intention to issue an RMA per my request and the policy noted on their website. This company is very unprofessional and I would recommend not doing business with them.

      I placed an order for shutters on september 4th 2023. At that time I was promised delivery in 2 weeks. As the delivery date was approaching, I requested confirmation of shipment and was told that someone would call me back and i was ignored along with alot of emails which they never replied! Order number: ********. i want to put these shutters on before winter! and i been seeing other complaints and after 3 months they get their shutters. i cant wait that long! but they took my money pretty fast!

      On July 9th I placed an order for exterior shutters for my personal residence. I received an email confirming the order and $713.56 was deducted from my bank account. I did not receive any follow-up email stating when the shutters would be delivered to my home. I have attempted to call/email the company multiple times with no success. I even sent messages to them via ******** and their website, still no response. Below is a timeline of my attempts to contact them.July 9th order placed *********** *or shutters at $713.56.July 12th called the 866 number listed on the website, the number is a calling service that passes a message to the company. No call back.July 14th sent an email requesting shipping date. July 20th **** from USA Exterior responded stating it typically takes 3-4 weeks and should be shipped out July 31st.July 18th called the 866 number listed on the website. No call back.August 13th sent an email to the company email asking if the shutters had been shipped. August 14th **** responded and stated I have spoken to the distributor and there was an equipment production issue but is now resolved. However, it did cause a delay of about 2 weeks. These should be ready to ship to you by the end of this week.August 23rd sent another email asking for the status. No reply.August 29th called the 866 number listed on the website. No call back.September 2nd sent another email asking for status. No reply.September 5th called the 866 number listed on the website. No call back.September 6th sent a ******** Message to the company asking for status. No response.September 6th sent a message via the company's website. No response.The lack of response from this company is suspect and not appreciated. I sent an email to them today (9/8/2023) asking for the order to be cancelled and my money refunded.

      I purchased online exterior window shutters (2 at $66.10/each) for my home on 6/21/2023. I received a confirmation email right away with order summary stating once the order was shipped they email me again. 7/16 I emailed for follow up, no response. 7/19 I called and they said they would get the message to shipping. 7/28 I called again and got the same message. 8/6 I emailed again with no reply. 8/7 I called and was told they would get this to shipping. 8/8 I emailed telling them I want my money back, no response. 8/9 Called got the same message, but they gave me another number to try because this was a 3rd party customer service. 8/10 called that new number and got the same message that they would send to shipping and they would let them know I have reached out repeatedly without response. I asked to speak with a supervisor. She stated again this is a 3rd party customer service. I told her I want a refund as well.
