      We joined a youth hockey team called ***** Bay Junior Lightning. We had to drive an hour to the *********************** to get our children sized for uniforms and team items. We did this well over a month before the season started. Two months after the season started we still have no jerseys or socks. After around ten weeks after the season starting get the uniforms but they dont fit. The socks are too small, they are too tight on my kids legs the jersey is so small it is very difficult to get jerseys on and off and the shell (these go over the shorts) are small as well. My player does not feel comfortable and feels restrained. I immediately let rinkside know he was sized incorrectly and they do not fit. Emails between ***************************** from rink side and i have been exchanged with pictures of the issues at hand, our board was in communication with rinkside as well but after may failed attempts of having rink side resolve not only my case but multiple others within all the teams that have ordered, our board reached out and asked we attempt to contact rinkside again as they have become unresponsive. Items that dont fit:White game jersey ****** Blue game jersey ****** White socks ***** Blue socks ***** Shell (goes over pants) *****

      Good morning,  
      First sorry for the delayed response.  This is the first message I received from the BBB. If something else was sent before the message I received this morning I never saw for some reason.   We live on customer service, so I take this very seriously.  We will reach out to the customer today to ensure all the sizing problems have been resolved.   I talked to our team manager who was taking care of this organization and he said the items had been replacement items were given to the Jr ********* team manager a few weeks ago.  Unfortunately, the organization made a last-minute decision to change jerseys this summer.  The jerseys are entirely custom and take **** weeks to arrive.  This is why it initially took time to come in. We fulfilled the order as it was originally placed online with the sizes ordered. Those jerseys were initially given to the customer.  We did offer to replace the items that the customer said were small, even though we initially fulfilled the order that was placed with the sized that were ordered.  But like I mentioned, this is not a stock item, so it did take time for it to come in.  *******, our team manager, has been in daily contact with the organization to ensure any and all issues were addressed.  If there is something else that is not resolved for this customer, we will make sure they are taken care of.  I will do some more investigation to see if there is something that slipped through the cracks that has not been addressed, But to our knowledge, all items that needed to be addressed have been.  We will reach out to the customer this morning to confirm.  Thank you for bringing this to my attention. If there is something that needs to be corrected,we will do so.
