On May 1st I placed an order for an at-home sleep study. After two weeks I contacted them via email and never got a response, and called another two weeks later only to be told that they "lost" the order but would send it to me anyways. I did the study, and a month later I received a phone call saying that there wouldn't be any problems trying to get my CDL. After informing them that this was not for a CDL but for general health, they informed me I could get a copy of the prescription for a cpap machine emailed to me. After this, I tried contacting them multiple times via email, phone, and their ******** (which was where I could get the fastest response). Eventually, their ******** and website was removed and their phone number no longer works. I never received the prescription, and they drug their feet long enough to where I couldn't file a complaint with the bank to get my money back. As a healthcare related business, they're required to keep copies of medical records, so why can I not get mine?Initial Complaint

I ordered A CPAP machine "**** II" from Sleepmaster Solutions on 14 January 2022 on the advice of my MD.I paid for this CPAP through AMEX. The invoice number from Sleepmaster Solutions is ****. The price is $902.00 I placed the order via telephone and received a receipt via email.I never received the mechandise so after 3 months I cancelled the order via telephone. They stated that my credit card would be re-imbursed. It never was. I then got the name and phone number of the head of this company. "*******************, ************" I reached him. He apologized and said that he would re-imburse my credit card the following week. That did not happen. I tried calling both him and the company phone on multiple occasions. No one ever answered and I left a message with my concern and asked them to return my call. No one ever returned my call. I noticed then on their website that there were multiple customers with similar complaints. I believe that the BBB needs to be aware of this company.Initial Complaint

I paid $250 on June 7th for a CPAP machine. The machine came in the mail a few days later and I conducted the sleep study however I was unable to submit my results due to the pin that he was given did not work and the machine kept saying it wasn't close to the phone. I contacted Sleep Masters Solutions multiple times due to they never answer the phone or return phone calls. I finally got in touch with someone about 2 1/2 weeks later and another machine was mailed out and I received it on July 13, 2022. I completed the sleep study on July 15th and I have been calling all day every day to the Sleep Masters Solutions phone number pressing each option to get someone and have not been able to reach anyone. I have not been able to reach anyone nor has anyone returned my messages that I have left. When you call the system transfers you to a representative and it puts you on hold for about 5 minutes and then says all the representatives are currently assisting other clients at this time please leave a message. I need my results from this sleep study so that I can begin working. They say they have 24/7 help is available which is not true so that is false advertising. I would like either my results or my $250 back so that I can go to a reputable company because Sleep Masters Solutions is not a reputable company. They horrible service. I would not recommend them to anyone. I don't know how they are known as the largest and most complete sleep apnea programs.Initial Complaint

On April 27, 2022, we paid $275.00 for an at home sleep apnea test, and received it May 31, 2022. We are over the road truckers, and our first opportunity to go home was July 20, 2022. I took the test with the WatchPat One number *********. Sleep Master Solutions will not answer their telephone, and I have been leaving numerous voicemail messages, sent an email, and have not received a reply. I contacted ApneaMed, the company whose name was in a card in the box with the WatchPat One. They will not answer their telephone, but they have replied to my online ticket requests. They state they will not deliver my tests, and that Sleep Master Solutions is responsible. Google Reviews appear to state Sleep Master Solutions have gone out of business. My DOT medical card expires August 2, 2022. I need my test results. Attached are copies of the purchase and all my online attempts to get a reply with my test results. Thank you.Business Response

I never received a reply from Sleep Master Solutions to date. I was able to go around them by contacting ApneaMed in St. George, Utah, the company in charge of interpreting the test results. After many phone calls with Mary A. and Chaz, I was able to explain my dilemma that Sleep Master Solutions appears to either be closed and no longer answering their phone or emails, or they are an outright scam. I finally received results from Mary A., but as it turns out the sleep apnea test they provide is not DOT compliant due to no ID bracelet given to ensure the person taking the test is the patient. The test is advertised to be a test one can use for a DOT (Department of Transportation) sleep apnea test, but it fails to provide security measures. I ended up going to CVS Minute Clinic, where they put an ID tracking bracelet on me, which connected to the machine during testing, and had to be removed and returned with the machine to be a valid test. Sleep Master Solutions still has their website active, still has a voicemail greeting, but they fail to return phone calls, emails, and above all, they fail to ever give test results themselves.Initial Complaint

I was scammed by sleep master solutions I sent them $902 for a sleep device I never received and they never sent over my test results to my physical a physical doctor Here it is July 18th and still no word from them I've been calling them since may My physical is coming up July 29th and I still have not received any paperwork from them from them I've been driving trucks for 23 years and now I'm about to lose my career because of a scam company that has probably made millions off of doing this to hard work in Americans Without my job I'm going to lose my home my car my life insurance everything everything because of sleep master's solutions Their office is in Tampa Bay Florida Off of the street called Bush boulevard sweet 701
