  They were professional and very easy to deal with. Solar can be a difficult decision and they did not pressure you at all and they offered what I felt was expert advice.

  As any other product and service provider, I received an outstanding service during sales time. One of the most attractive options when engaging with the Transform Solar was the idea of a government incentive that would reduce the equipment and installation price in 30% with the Mosaic, their choice of partner for the loan. The eligibility of the benefit, of course, it is up to the buyer, and doesn't have any bearing on this review. The payment of said benefit to the Mosaic, is also the buyer responsibility and doesn't have any bearing to this review. The main issue was that no one told me how to apply for the benefit nor that it was my responsibility to perform all the steps to apply for the incentive. Due to this fact, I was under the impression that Transform Solar would submit whatever documents are necessary to the government, and if I was eligible, I was going to receive a check that then I would have to send to Mosaic. I was not told otherwise, which will entail in an increase of my monthly payment in almost $100 dollars, defeating the purpose of using solar as a savings venue. When contacting the outstanding sales agent and his boss, I was kindly informed that they couldn't help talk with Mosaic to postpone the increase in my monthly payment, which in my opinion, warrants this review. Companies need to take care of their clients, before and AFTER sales. I would stay away, or you might be faced with a very nicely worded, "not my problem" email, post sales.

  Great company hands down. Great communication, professional installation. And they give back to community.
