This is a company out of ******* that grades sports trading cards and trading card sealed wax packs. How it works is you mail them trading cards or packs and they encapsulate them and give them a grade. I mailed to them 13 cards and 26 packs to be graded on 2/6/25, the **** tracking shows received 2/8/25 delivery left with individual. I didnt hear from the company for a week so I reached out through email, because they do not list a phone number on website, They confirmed we did receive your package and would update me when order would be completed. I get a suspicious email from company 2/25/25 quoting exactly this from ******* at Collectors grade "I am reaching out concerning your submission to CG, in the past week we had an issue with our servers and lost some files which contained submission forms and were are hoping you could provide us with a copy of your submission form" All submissions are fine we just need the form for comparison to make certain before we proceed with grading"...... So this was the exact email that ******* sent to me saying submissions are fine, submissions are items sent. I did resend the copies of everything as i took picutres of what i sent and all forms, Then I get an email 2/28/25 opposite of what they said originally, now they don't have my items and that they never got them, After a few back and forth email, thy accused me of playing games and now say when packaged arrived that it was empty from ****, i have the receipt from **** with weight of 2lb 7.10 oz... My concern is that this is theft or they lost my item admitting they had a server problem, either way this is not my fault, i trusted this company to provide a service, the packs and cards i sent to them were very valuable, worth at least $2000. they would not call me or provide a phone number, i asked if they would locate items and sent them back or give me compensation for the items they lost. ******* emailed me saying stop playing games, they lost my items and wont help me
