      I ordered a signed jersey and spent $508, I received an email that it was processing, it has been a month now and it hasnt shipped. I called the customer service number and no one answers. I tried creating a complaint ticket and that doesnt work either. I am out a lot of money and have no Christmas gift to give now. They are taking money and disappearing! Someone needs to sue this company! Its sad that you cant trust anyone anymore!!! So angry and disappointed.

      We emailed you on 11/11 and explained that we did not have this already framed and asked if you wanted to wait for framing.  We emailed again on 11/8 and did not hear anything again.  Per this request, we have gone ahead and refunded you today for the full amount and sent you a receipt.

      We have emailed with ********, who I believe is the wife, and let her know that the helmet is on the way via **** tracking 9534615398314312578588.  We also let her know that we needed to find a replacement for the original order b/c the one we had was smudged.  She received an email yesterday from our CEO.

      Order placed 9/14/24 for Ohio State Autographed ******* jersey via online website *********************************************** # ******* Confirmation received and order waiting fulfillment message.Charges posted to my credit card on 9/14/***** additional updates/tracking/follow up received to date (9/24/24).Two emails have been sent for update on order and status.9/14/24 ************************************* 9/18/24 ************************************* Several attempts made to contact via phone @ ************ and ************ both numbers listed are "no longer in service."Business has ghosted customers and product.Contacted ****** for payment resolution but there has been no progress as of 9/24/24.

      We are so sorry to hear about this experience and that you were not sent your jersey in a timely manner.  I have gone ahead and refunded you for the order and yesterday we updated the OSG website to reflect the changes.  We moved our Columbus office to Tampa and did not change the website information. I promise we are real company and again I apologize for all confusion.  We hope we will be able to help you again in the future.

      On Dec. 12, 2023, I ordered a signed Fran Tarkenton photograph described on the sportscollectibles.com website for $215.69. I received an email on Dec. 15 (see attached pdf document) stating that the item was very popular and no longer in stock and that the website was crediting my account for $215.69. However, the email they sent referenced the last four digits of my credit card account as "n/a" and a check of my credit card account did not reference a pending credit. IN ADDITION, when I went back to the sportscollectibles.com website to find a different item, I found THE SAME ITEM for sale for $401.14. I believe that sportscollectibles.com is behaving in dishonest business practices.

      Thank you for letting us know about this issue.  Unfortunately with sports memorabilia we only have one of an item in our own inventory and then we may buy additional memorabilia at a higher price.  In this case the higher photo was not available either which is why you were refunded because we could not find a suitable replacement for you regardless of cost.  There have been many times in our business where we have replaced items for customers for a higher cost to us and/or a higher cost to what the customer purchased.  However, in your case no such replacement was viable.  We are happy to help you find another item and wish you would have brought this to our attention earlier.

      We have put a trace on the package with ***** and have refunded the amount.  We did reach out to ************** yesterday at 2:30pm and left a voicemail on ************.  In the voicemail we also asked if he wanted to explore options for replacements.
