      BEWARE of this company and its partners they supply product too. Stone Warehouse of *****, Contractors Source, and its other name **********************. They operate multiple branches as well. I can not stress this enough. ******! They are completely unethical, very underhanded and thieves. At the moment Contractors Source and/or ********* have stolen around $7500.00 of our money and refusing to return it all. ***** and ******* with ********************** "also affiliated with Contractors Source" along with the ** and Owner Anil of Stone Warehouse of ***** are very bad individuals. Feel free to reach out to me and I can explain every detail of this situation we are going through with them.

      Stone Warehouse USA operates as a trade-only supplier, providing materials to fabrication shops and contractors, including *********************** and Contractors Source, who are among our clients in the ********* and *************** areas. It is important to note that Stone Warehouse USA does not sell directly to homeowners or end-users.


      Regarding your concerns, the stones referenced in your review were purchased by ***********************, not directly from us. ***********************, as the purchaser, retains responsibility for any agreements or disputes with their customers, including return policies.


       


      While we do maintain a strict 15-day return policy with a 20% restocking fee, we made an exception in this case to accommodate ***********************, agreeing to accept the materials outside the return window under the same conditions. This policy ensures fairness and consistency for all our trade partners. Unfortunately, this solution was not acceptable to you, and the complaint against our company appears to stem from dissatisfaction with the terms of your agreement with ***********************, not Stone Warehouse USA.


      Additionally, we were contacted by someone representing themselves as a contractor to discuss this matter. During the interaction, it became clear that the individual was the homeowner. This misrepresentation further complicates the matter and demonstrates a lack of transparency.


      We understand your frustration, but we must reiterate that this matter is between yourself and ********* ***** as they are the entity that sold you the materials and managed the terms of your transaction. Stone Warehouse USA is not directly involved in these disputes and has acted in good faith with our trade partner, ***********************, in adhering to our policies.


      We encourage you to resolve this matter directly with *********************** If you would like further clarification about our return policies or our role as a supplier, we are happy to provide more information.

      Huge warehouse with the largest selection of Natural Stone, Quartz, Lapitec Sintered Stone, Italian Porcelain slabs. I did not even know that they have large format tiles along with backsplash and mosaics! Customer service and the facilities were impeccable.
