    I filed last year with a ***** sanders, I paid an initial 250$. In the hopes of getting some sort of answers on my back taxes and having 2019-2022 filed. He had me create an IP PIN and had me sign over power of attorney. I've not been contacted since July 2023, they've kept me in the dark and not come forward with any information other than having printed out my taxes and sent into the **** I'd simply like to make sure these individuals cannot and will not do this to another individual who simply is needing help figuring out their taxes.

    My name is ***** Sanders, CPA and owner of Walter S. Sanders & Associates, P.A.   

    ************** engaged our services to prepare his 2018-2021 income tax returns on February 25, 2023, for a fee of $300.00 per year.  On April 1, 2023, ************** and I had a meeting at my office to review and pick up his taxes.  At that time, ************** authorized me to electronically file his return.  This process is done while the client is present in our office.  Mr. ****** electronic filing was rejected by the *** because the taxpayer needed a IP PIN number to proceed.  I provided ************** with the website and *** link to where he could retrieve that pin.  After receipt of the pin, the electronic filing was accepted, and ************* paid $450.00 toward the $1200.00 invoice. I wished him good luck in his future endeavors and gave him all of the historic documentation. 

    We received an *** notice in August 2023 that his 2018 refund was denied, and our office scheduled a call with the client for Sept 8,2023.

    Walter S. Sanders and Associates is committed to our clients and their happiness.  We will refund ************* the $450.00 paid.
