      These folks just won't stop my goodness. It has been a nightmare even after telling to stop. This is ridiculous, outrageous and crazy. LEAVE ME ALONE, STOP CONTACTING ME. I'm on the dnc, LEAVE ME ALONE

      On 9/17 I found I was unable to send or receive text messages. I contacted *** around 4:30 PM, and at 7:15 PM,I was told to go into the *** store for a new SIM card. 9/18,the new eSIM didn't work, so I left my phone at the *** store while they called *** support. After 3 hours, another new SIM (not my original as I destroyed it), and 2 other phones, *** couldn't resolve the issue, and I was told to call *** to continue troubleshooting. Nothing got fixed, but a ticket got opened. 9/19 I called to continue troubleshooting,nothing got resolved. 9/20 I filed a complaint with the **** On 9/21 I got a call from the Office of the President ********** was told a tech would be calling me. The OotP tech called me, he tried to see what was going on without success. On 9/22 he filed a ticket with Syniverse because *** is allowing my number to be spoofed to send out scam text messages. I have not been able to get anyone to call me back from the OotP for the last week. Syniverse won't help, even though I am not responsible for the complaints against my number that is being spoofed. On 9/23, and everyday since, I have called *** for an update or further support without success. On 9/28 I called Syniverse, theysaid *** has to call and escalate the issue with Syniverse,and that *** should have explained to me the reason why they denied the request to unblock my fraudulently blocked number. I filed a complaint with the *** against Syniverse on 9/22, and have not heard back, as well as an ethics complaint about how they are blacklisting me under fraudulent circumstances, punishing me for scammers spoofing my number.
