      My experience with Buyatimeshare.com was only good at first... They just want you to sign up...Then they post your property online and it just sits ... They may call you and ask you to reduce your price... Also they will suggest a price and make sure its high enough so it doesn't hit the 85%of sale so they don't have to return the money if you sell it another way.. Their Money back gurantee is not one at all, don't buy it... As a matter of fact Don't buy into this company..They'll get ya just like the people that sold to you

      Hello Mr. ****** thank you for taking the time to write us a review.  I understand that it is frustrating waiting for your vacation property to sell, but timeshares do sell every single day on the resale market.


      Because selling a timeshare does not work like selling other property, such as a house, it is common to pay the advertising so that a propective buyer can see that it is for sale.  Unlike some of our competitors, ours is a one-time cost and will guarantee our services until sold.  Many advertising outlets charge a monthly or quarterly fee.


      Since you began advertising with us on April 24, less than six months ago, you have had 58 unique views to your advertisement.  In other words, we are doing what we promised we would do, which is to advertise your ownership for sale.  Unfortunately, we cannot control what offers come in, or when they come in.  I have seen proeprties sell right away once the advertising begins, and I have also seen some sit for months and years, as well as never sell at all. 


      According to our records, you have given your ownership back to the developer.  If for whatever reason that does not go through, please contact us so that we may renew your advertising.

      I know it can take time and i accepted that... When i 1st got the call the rep. was excited for the property i had... she said it should sell easily at x dollars...She kept calling and calling.... I told her i was trying to sell it back to the resort... No where was it ever mentioned EVER that if that happened i wouldn't get my money back.. in fact it was mentioned that there is a moneyback gurantee if i sold it myself... which i did,,, I DID NOT GIVE IT BACK as it says in your response..... your team has done everything it could to keep the $500... i see you guys as no different then the people who mis-spoke at ther presentation....

      One of the MOST terrible companies out there. These Timeshare Cancellation companies and Timeshare Resale and Rentals companies prey on individuals who have been scammed into "owning" timeshares only to be victimized again. I paid this company $1196 to rent/sell my 4 timeshares in December of 2021. To this date, I have not heard back from ***************** (*******) with any updates or any offers on my properties since I paid. You are unable to reach anyone at their toll free number. I have NEVER received 1 offer for rental or sale of my timeshare. This company is a big scam and the Authorities need to get involved.

      They did nothing but put our timeshares on their webpage! Do not waste your money or time. They talk a good game in the initial conversation and try to bond with you. If you get sucked in, you will end up spending $1,000 (such a deal for selling 5) but they do absolutely nothing. They have no proof of their success in selling timeshares. All hearsay and no evidence. My husband got sucked in and we never had a phone call or one communication about status, interest, nothing. We even reduced the prices and NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. Not one interested buyer, no communication from the company. Youd be better off throwing your hundred dollars bills out of a plane. Maybe something good would happen. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF.

      This client posted three timeshare ownerships for sale on 12/2/2022 and paid a one-time cost of $199 each ($597 total), which is a substantial discount off our regular cost. It would have cost this owner far more to advertise these three properties for sale in a newspaper.

      Buyatimeshare.com is an advertising company.  Our job is to get the properties that are posted for sale in front of as many potential buyers as possible.  So far, between all three advertisements, she has received a total of ***** unique views.

      The last contact this client made with us was on 4/15/23 in which they were upset that they had no offers.  At this point, we had been advertising for them for only five months,. We did recommend possibly lowering the asking prices to make them more attractive since the last changes that were made were on 2/6/23.  We also gave them free Featured Property advertisements for 30 days for each ownership.

      On 5/23/2023 an offer was made on one of their advertisements  A voice message was left for them and they did not respond.  

      Our company has done its job - we are continuing to advertise the ownerships as agreed. We will be happy to speak with these owners should they call us to discuss, and will be happy to offer them extra exposure thru some of our partner companies.

      They even lie in their response here. We paid 5 x $199. Obviously their math is flawed. We listed all 5 of our timeshares. If they left a message and it was overlooked (which I doubt) why didnt they reach out again. Never did cause we obviously wanted to get rid of our timeshares otherwise why would we pay a dime! Beware! This company takes your money and there is no follow up.

      I signed with Buyatimeshare in 04/2023. As of today, I have not spoken with the Senior Advertising Executive, who told me the lies of getting my unit sold. I have only spoken with the customer reps who continually say lower the price of the unit. That has been done twice now and still no word from the executive. These companies sell you these lies and you're still stuck with nothing. It's sad that they use vulnerable clients just to get a sell and not advertise as they should. I highly recommend anyone who's trying to sell their timeshare to seek an attorney, at least you know your money is well spent and at this point this will be my next option.
