      So, about 2022, Took my 99 F150 to 2 garages. I had six OBD-2 error codes, I talked to 2 other actual garages, but they were backed up 2 weeks about. So the olin mott on Florida Ave said they could help me. ( that was my first mistake). They called me up after the diagnostics, and told me they wanted to swap out the cam shaft position sensor. Long story short. After a week or two, the gears to the CS PS , the position sensor wore out, ( I guess they only changed one gear, and left the old mating gear in the engine). About 600 dollars parts and labor. so the engine lost oil pressure. Took the truck to an actual reliable garage, and they replaced the position sensor and both gears. ( new 900 dollar bill) And it ran again. After writing Olin Mott a six page letter with pictures. They only repay me for the posion sensor, $90.00. Lot of trouble they left me with two bills $600. And a second bill ( $900)at another garage to fix what they screwed up. I know what I'm talking about, they wouldn't honor their warranty. Never again will I walk thru their doors!

      January 24, 2023 ************************************************ January 20th took vehicle to them. Right Rear Tire got low pressure reading Had Air put in Was told tread warn, needed to replace both rear tires January 23rd, right rear tire got low pressure reading Took vehicle to ****.Got air right rear January 24 took vehicle to **** Ordered two rear tires WAS NEVER TOLD WHEEL WAD CRACKED Picked up vehicle Drove home (one mile) parked vehicle in garage January 27th. Went to use vehicle Got low pressure reading NEW right rear tire 16lbs Went to **** Was told rim was cracked. Could not be welded Asked why was not told when new tires were put on.Was told was not visible when NEW tire was put on *** not have been there when tire replaced

      After 30 years of doing business with Olin **** they have completely changed for the worst. I spent over $5000.00 with this company in the last 6 months. Then on 07/18/2022 I had a set of tires put on my 2020 F250. The invoice amount was $2,000.00. After picking the truck up the vibration was so bad, I immediately requested they address the issue. I was put off told no one could do a balance at a TIRE store for days. I waited and when I got my truck back it continued to vibrate. I contract Neil of Olin **** and he assured the "High Speed" balance at the Hillsborough Avenue location would resolve the issue, but I had to wait days. This did not correct the vibration, furthermore I brought to Neil's attention that his employees choose to use my dashboard 110 outlet and blew the fuse, left the access door open. They have now had the original installation, and 2 return attempts to get the tires right. I was told by the employee Doug that they could not accommodate getting the vibration looked at because 1 employee had a dental appointment. They have not to date offered any resolution, I have been put off and lied to. I am going to a different vendor today and buying tires again. I want a complete refund of all monies paid for these tires and will never use Olin **** again.
