This company is full of theives the fact they are still in business baffles me, on this night of Oct 23 around 9pm They stole my truck the tow truck in question hand no identifiers and was followed by a suspicious white vehicle, they created a disturbance of peace drove wreckesly and I know 100% they damaged my truck with the way he dropped it and picked it up I had thousand of dollars of tools and personal belongings in that truck and had a agreement with the finance company, we just had hurricane ****** and lost power, we have been hurting for over 5 days. The address that was givin is not the same and the address posted leads only to a parking lot with chili's and other stores. This *********** needs to be stopped the policemen I spoke to even said these guys are a problem but they can't do anything about them intill there business is under investigation. I'm not the only one with this issue the reviews speak for themselve, this was unprofessional i attempted to communicate to at least grab tools or explain the situation but instead they took off wreckesly when I said I'm calling the police they almost ran over my brother with a high rate of acceleration yanking my truck and putting our lives in danger. I understand towing and if it was done professionally no problem but I have to deal with thugs breaching the peace and riding into the night with peoples possessions.Business Response

First of all we did not tow this truck, NOR did we steal it. this vehicle was repossessed for NON payment, contracted by the finance company, per florida law repossession trucks are NOT to have any lettering on other then our state license, which is clearly marked with 4" lettering on both sides of the truck in BRIGHT orange numbers. All our trucks have live video and there was no one near the vehicle . If you would like to to pick up your personal items the finance company that you have been avoiding can give you the email to contact us for an appointment! We go by email ONLY so there is always proof of communication. Within 1 hour of this vehicle being repossessed it was called in to the local sheriff/police department as a repossession, There were NO laws broke, But you throwing things at the driver as he is pulling away could be aggravated battery with a weapon, this is on video from the truck, Is there any other FALSE complaints? So please rethink when you want to lie and make false complaints!!Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response: I am in communication with the creditor, so as for avoiding the finance company , it's kinda hard to call someone when you just got power and cell service restored after a week due to a natural disaster. The fact that you cannot own up to your responsibility of what happens speaks for you and your company. "All of the trucks have live video, and no one was near the vehicle" yet you have video of someone throwing an object at a driver? You're eating your own words. I request all video from all vehicles of the night in question. You shouldn't even reply, as this was a complaint towards how unprofessional and aggressive your so called tow truck driver was. Would love to hear why he rapidly jacked the truck damaging it and speeding off recklessly , almost hitting the guy who was getting a look at the driver. Please, we can go to step 2. Stay on topic this time, your driver acted in an aggressive unprofessional manner with no regard for life, safety or property. Now your narrative to try and justify these actions, and do provide proof with articulation. I know why, and I assure you, it's not a good look when someone yells out to call the cops and the driver speeds away like they robbed a bank.

Yes we have video, and yes there is video of someone throwing something at our truck from the side, there was no one in the direction of travel, you also could have called your bank 90+ days before they sent us out!!!!. you accused us of "stealing" your truck, we both know thats a LIE, and called us "thugs" , And you are right, you yelled call the cops because someone was stealing your truck, thats a LIE.. As your accusing of the trucks not having markings, please do some research before you point fingers and make up false stories!!! .. As far as your truck having damage, this truck had damge all over it, including duck tape on the front fender, hood and bumper, that was prior damaged to the truck being picked up.. also the condition report was signed by the owner, NOT you when this vehicle was redeemed. ive attached photos of the prior damage incase you forgot. have a great day....Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because:
The damage you show is preexisting however that's not what your driver did when he rapidly dropped the jackarm allowing the truck to slam to the ground causing the bumper to shift up braking the clip for the passenger headlight cover and damaging the sway bar link rubber, you continue to try and defame our character instead of taking responsibility of the negligence of your driver to someone's property and safety.

I am writing to bring to everyone's attention a concerning matter regarding Super Car *********************************************** LLC, specifically related to their behavior involving the theft of people's vehicles. This report aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the incidents, supporting evidence, and recommendations for appropriate actions to be taken.Super Car *********************************************** LLC is a towing and recovery company operating at ************************************* ** ***** my Recent investigations have raised serious concerns against the company, suggesting that they have engaged in the illegal practice of stealing people's vehicles.The following incidents have been documented, highlighting Super Car *********************************************** LLC's involvement in vehicle theft:On Friday 07-14-2023, I reported my vehicle missing after it was towed by Super Car *********************************************** LLC over a $ 60 balance with bond auto sales that were only late 2 weeks and they were told it was a system error do not tow, they tow my vehicle for the $60. Despite following the necessary protocols to retrieve my vehicle I paid bond auto sales the $60 balance for July and $345 for the tow on Saturday 07-15-2023 at around ****, I discovered that this company had no phone just a Gmail address, they refuse to take a debit or credit card remember I paid bond auto sales cash $405, and they also want cash $335 and the first email I receive and $ 365 on the second email a total of $740 for a $60 balance. The lack of transparency and accountability raises suspicions about the company's practices. First off we do not steal vehicles secondly you have a buy here pay here finance company and your payments are due biweekly your vehicle was repossessed because Bond auto sale sent ** a repossession order, if that was sent in error that is something you would have to take up with bond auto sales that does not come through our department once its sent for repossession the vehicles considered open for repo. As far as email yes we use email only this way we can track all correspondence with everyone as far as debit card and credit card that is correct we do not accept those because people always deny the charges so therefore yes it is cash only for redemption if you miss a payment and you were biweekly your payments and or loan is then considered late by bond auto sales we are not affiliated with bond in any way shape or form we were a third-party that does work for them, whether you were $10 late or $2000 late once you were late you have reached your contract unfortunately we have no control over the fees that you were charged from your lienholder after your vehicle was repossessed there would be a repossession fee plus storage and that would be added to your contract I would imagine for your lienholder. Your vehicle was also reported to the sheriffs department when it was repossessed you are welcome to verify that. Vehicles are repossessed only once we receive a valid repossession order we do not just pick up cars and take them you may want to reach out to your lienholder and make sure you have your story correct before you try and bash a company for something that you caused on your own behalf I Failing to make your payments on timeCustomer Answer

All I wanted to do is get the stuff out of my car and the guys were just completely rude. As I can see they don't take ownership of being rude in person but they are extremely rude to people as I can see from the other comments. Horrible place to do. You failed to mention that you had an appointment @ 1pm , then showed up an hour late, then tried to give our lot attendant a hard time, and then told our lot attendant (F***)off you then told him you didnt want your stuff. My car was towed by this company, I have been actively trying to reach out to them via phone and via email to set up a time I could come get my tag, it has been 3 days and I still have NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL OR PHONE CALL! I am rejecting this response because:These people are UNPROFESSIONAL, myself and 3 other people had a 9 AM appointment, these people didnt come until 9:30 and made us wait once they got here. They were very rude and very disrespectful to me and all three of the other guests. Although I was able to finally get my things, I WOULD NEVER recommend these people. They do not answer the phone, do not answer emails. This is VERY bad business! This place needs to be closed as soon as possible!

My car was repossessed and the lender gave me a phone number to call that rings and rings. Cannot leave a message on the answering machine. I have a car seat I need to pick up and have had personal items stolen after being towed. So Im very concerned that everything will be as it was before. I had to go to surrounding businesses to get accurate address information for the business due to them moving at least two times and having three addresses. Doing this one of the businesses because theyve had MANY people come to them about their vehicles and inquiring about addresses. They knew the drill and theyve believe this business is shady too. They gave me an email to try. Still no response. No ones at the supposed lot. I paid, and I still have no clue where my vehicle is or how do I contact someone. Good afternoon, First off I would like if people truly did there homework before posting negative things about businesses. We have been at the same location for seven years, we only make appt thru emails for proof or conversations for any reasons especially for reasons like this. We also emailed you right back and did tell you we do not have your vehicle nor did we ever pick up your vehicle. You will need to take the correct steps to find out where you repossessed vehicle is located and one of those ways of doing so is to call the local police/sheriff and ir your lien holder. I truly do not appreciate these comments when we were not even the company that repossessed vehicle in questioned. We run a tight ship and one of the most elite repossessed companies out there.
