    I purchased a food trailer from us custom concession back in may and was informed they do not warranty the appliances and I have to go thru the manufacturer, I have a issue with a appliance and requested proof so I can submit it, was told by us custom they buy in bulk and then ignored me not giving me the paperwork i need for appliance to be covered. prior I called, sent emails, and even a contact inquiry. The trailer is poorly put together ( that's another issues ) I just need proof of purchase for all the appliances for the warranty to be covered in case of any issues as in the refrigerator I can't use as it stopped working and I lost all my food in it.

    We have contacted her on several occasions by both email and phone and asked her to submit to us the brand and model number of the unit in her trailer so that we can give her a receipt she can use for giving to the manufacturer for the warranty.

    We explained to her that the manufactures will not cover the appliances because they are being used in a mobile food kitchen but offered to give her an itemized receipt for the item in question. 

    As she stated in her email to you, we do but in bulk from several vendors regarding appliances so without her telling us what she has installed in her trailer we cannot issue the detailed purchase information. 

     

    Again, we have contacted her several times and she has failed to reply back

    I bought a trailer from them in April of 2023 paid over ********* dollers now the roof is leaking and all i get from them is a we cant do nothing about it. they tell me to contact Coast 2 Coast witch worked on the trailer. they converted to a food trailer.

    This response was taken verbally by the BBB:

     

    This consumer purchased this trailer over a year ago and it came with a 90 day warranty which has long expired. The customer told us when reaching out that they had not entered the trailer for a year and left it sit. We advised at time of purchase that they must maintain the unit by adding sealant to the roof every 3 months but this was not done. In addition we advise all customers to park it on a slant so water can run off and not sit / penetrate.
