      I could not be happier with my entire experience with Street Smart Transmission. I ordered my transmission on a Tuesday, it was delivered to the mechanic the next day; it was expected to arrive until Thursday. This allowed the mechanic to get my car fixed a week before it was supposed to be done. Scheduling the pickup of the core was also a breeze and it was picked up the following Monday! They helped make a very stressful situation much easier. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know who is needing a transmission!

      Transmission arrived before estimated date! Had a little trouble with the ************** picking up the core, but had great communication with SST! Just got past the break-in period and transmission is working great!

      Purchased a remanufactured transmission from Street Smart in late July, 2023. From the time The order was placed to the time it was installed, it was Extremely fast. (less than 2 weeks) Decent price, great warranty, very professional in every way. It was so easy to follow the process with the emails, updating me every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone in need of a transmission.I know nothing about transmissions and was very anxious/ nervous about spending this kind of money for a transmission and labor to install it. I did my research both locally and online and I selected Street Smart Once I placed the order, I prayed and asked ***** and our Heavenly Father to take this situation and put blessings on all the people involved.       I have been using my Dodge Caravan with the remanufactured Street Smart transmission for 5 months now. I am happy to report the transmission is working perfectly. My experience with Street Smart started out a little rough because they did not have my particular ****** in stock. However, they went over and beyond to get one shipped out as quickly as possible to my repair center. I am very pleased with the whole experience and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing a transmission replaced.

      I purchased a remanufactured transmission online from street smart and had it installed and after 4 days of driving my truck the transmission went completely out. After contacting street smart they advised me to take my truck In to a shop and have them diagnose the transmission and would cover up to $50 an hour which means I would have to come out of my pocket $100 an hour because the shop charges $150 an hour. I took my truck to the dealership for them to just take the transmission back out and install one of there transmissions. I then sent street smart back there transmission and was informed I would be getting refunded a few days after they received it. Well it's been a whole week now since they received it and I still have not gotten my refund. I'm starting to think I have been robbed because after endless emails trying to get an update on what's taking so long I'm being ignored and no one's telling me anything. So if you plan on buying a transmission online from this company and for some reason need a refund I wouldn't count on it just make plans to hire a business lawyer and take them to court like I'm going to do.

      The 2009 Nissan Versa CVT transmission works better than original new transmission that comes with the car. Easy order online and fast delivery. Customer service was very helpful in resolving core pick-up.

      ****** was great to work with, she made the process easy and smooth. I order on February 15 and received my ****** on like February 28. I ordered the trans from street smart but I seen it came from a company called ETN from ********* that was the only part I didn't understand. I didn't ask question. I put the ****** in and it has been like 2 weeks so far and the van still drives good. Thank you street smart and ETN.
