    I have purchased several refurbished Apple products from Mac of All Trades, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were very reasonable. However, what really sets Mac of All Trades apart is their exceptional customer service.From the moment I placed my order, I was impressed with the level of communication I received. I received email updates on the status of my order, and when I had a question, their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They were knowledgeable and patient, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I feel that the people who left negative reviews are being a bit dishonest, because every experience my colleagues and I have had with their support has been fantastic.When my product arrived, I was thrilled to see that it was in excellent condition and was exactly as described. I really appreciate the quality of the refurbished products that Mac of All Trades offers, and I'm so glad that I found them.Overall, I highly recommend Mac of All Trades to anyone in the market for a refurbished Apple product. Their customer service is truly outstanding and their products are top-notch. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer!

    I purchased a refurbished Macbook Pro 15" from Mac of all Trades that was listed as 'very good' condition. Immediately, the computer was giving a service recommendation for the battery. I contacted Mac of all trades and was told I needed to return the computer for warranty repair. Ok, whatever, I shipped it back where it sat for a week before it even got to the technicians which decided that there was not a problem. mind you at this point, my project is behind schedule. I kinda needed this computer.After letting them know that I am fine with the return of the computer as long as the warning is resolved, I was told that a senior technician had tested and found a hardware issue and was correcting it. The next day I was told that the computer was repaired and with the shipping department and I should receive a tracking number within 1 business day.Three business days later, I emailed and asked if/when the computer would/had shipped and if I could get the tracking number. Turns out it had.I finally received the computer back, and it has the same battery service warning as before, but not the full charge capacity is even lower. I suspect the wrong battery for this model was installed. At this point I will need to take it to a local place of repair to correct the issue at significant expense.I would not recommend this company as I do not trust their service, or guarentee.

    After taking a look at this ticket, we were able to confirm the issue and a repair was made on the machine. According to our Repair Tech's notes, the repair was able to be completed and confirmed. Unfortunately, machines can fail at any time and the issue has been reported again. At the time of the writing of this response, our Customer Service Team has sent the customer another RMA to return the machine to our location so that the customer will not need to resolve this situation on their own.

    I bought a MacBook pro from them it was suppose to have some scratches but I noticed it has a weird wave in the screen. I didn't see this for the first few months I noticed it when using it for graphic design. I contacted macofalltrades and they don't want to help me. This is the first and last time I will but from them. A few people bought computers from them because of me but now they will hear how bad their customer service/warranty really is. This isn't how to run a successful business

    Upon review of this ticket, we are showing that this customer purchased this machine on July 13th, 2022. The computer was purchased in Good Condition which may include blemishes and/or dent(s) on casing.

    In the case a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, we offer a 14-day return period on all of our orders. This customer reached out to us on March 17th, 2023. Unfortunately, this item was outside of the 14-day return period as of July 27th, 2022 and a return for a full refund could not be provided.

    It's remarkably difficult nowadays to find companies that can earn your loyalty, but I can comfortably say that's exactly what happened between mac of all trades and myself. After several purchases over the past decade, I can say without question their quality is impressive, representatives are honest, and prices are extremely fair. I have not hesitated to recommend this company to everyone I know, and continue to do so.

    From what I can see from this site in regards to Mac of all trades, they deal with the cost and delivery of their products not warranty issues. I opened up my Mac one morning to find vertical colored bars throughout the screen. After calling the company to get information on repair I was told by Juan they needed photo's of the screen. Was told they would respond within hours. When I got no response I called back and was told by "Rob" that they were voiding my warranty due to physical damage. I explained to Rob I did not drop/get water on it or do any other type of "physical" Damage except by carefully opening it which I do very seldom as it sits on a table and no-one has access to it except me. Rob stated it could have happened by leaving a pen on the keyboard and closing it. I am 67 yoa and still own power tools I have had for more than 30 years( I am very careful with all my belongings) . I then received an email from a supervisor(Geoff B.) He stated in the email it was obvious it was physical damage and they would not honor my warranty no matter how it occurred. I was recommended to this company by Justin / owner operator and certified tech of Mountain Mac in Hayesville, N.C. who physically checked my computer and states this should have been covered under warranty. There was not even a scratch on the screen or key board. In ending Justin will no longer advertise/ send his customers to Mac of all trades. I have posted copies of the emails from myself to the company and their reply to ALL of the businesses I use. As of today I have been contacted and got (2) people to use other options. One went to Amazon and another to Applecrisp? on e Bay. It cost me $750.00 to repair my computer and I will continue to direct others not to use Mac of all Trades. Thank-You for your time.

    According to our Warranty Policy, "Products with physical damage or evidence of liquid contact, or products that are returned for warranty coverage under false pretenses, are not eligible for warranty service and will be returned un-repaired."

    Due to the above policy, we were unable to move forward with warranty service in this case as our Repair Team was able to confirm that the damage to the screen was physical. Our free 1-year Warranty Policy continues to cover any defects due to product failure. If you have any questions regarding our policies, please feel free to reach out to our **************** Team.

    Ordered a Mac Pro 3.5GHz 6-Core Xeon (Late 2013) "Trash Can" MacPro on Monday and had it in my hands 4 days later, securely packaged by MOAT and shipped door-to-door by FedEx. The Mac runs perfectly and is literally in mint condition. I was able to easily upgrade it to the last and most recent version of Catalina. I highly recommend Mac of All Trades both in terms of their product availability, their attention to packaging and shipping and most importantly, a fully functional Mac for a ridiculously decent price. And unless your a high-end user and require a factory-new product, which I am not, I'm confident MAOT will supply you what you need.

    Great experience. Tried Apple first and they only offered to recycle for no reimbursement. I knew the computer had some value as it worked fine. Thanks for the fair offer.
