  AVOID THIS COMPAY AT ALL COSTS. I received a Macbook from them on 11/18/2024. The logic board failed on 2/18/2025. Had the Apple store look at it to give me an estimate on the cost of repair, and they said it would be 600-800 dollars (my organization paid 670 for it). I reached out to Mac of All Trades on Feb. 19, and despite numerous attempts, I did not hear back from them until a week later. This was a work computer and I was traveling, so it put me in a bad situation. I wish it were just that--an inconvenient experience while traveling. However, the laptop is completely dead after only 93 days of use, which very conveniently falls right outside their 90-day warranty. Plus taking a week to respond to my inquiry cushions that 90-day period for them, and I can't help but think that was intentional. Finally, they reached out today and said there nothing they can do and linked me to an Apple repair shop. I already told them I had been to the Apple repair shop and they quoted me more that we paid for the laptop. Makes you wonder if Mac of All Trades even read the content of my inquiry? I didn't ask for a refund or anything. I just want this laptop to work. I previously had a fine experience with Mac of All Trades. The SATA cable failed on a laptop I purchased from them, but they were responsive and willing to help me out. That was in 2017. Something has changed here, unfortunately. Awful customer service, and they do not stand by their products. Seek out a more trustworthy company if you are looking to buy refurbished Apple and Mac products.

  I've now traded in three laptops to this company. The process has been smooth every single time. Better than actually trying to deal with Apple's trade-in process. Fair trade in values and fast payment turnaround.

  Terrific service, as usual. I've used Mac of All Trades several times now and I've always found their service, process, communication and speed to be first rate. As a means to responsibly pass on used computer equipment -- in my case as part of a means to upgrade -- their service is wonderful. Highly recommended.

  significant delays by ***. mac of all trades was understanding and still honored the estimate that they provided despite the fact that the package arrived beyond the the 14 day window included in their offer. Once they received the package, they quickly reviewed the product and honored the original deal. I will continue to use them as a resource for reselling my mac products.

  Mac of all trades was recommended to me by a friend. I texted through their chat support regarding helping me pick out a MacBook Pro. They were slow to respond at times but he explained they were busy in sales which I understood but they always got back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I purchased a 2020 MacBook Pro in very good condition costing almost $900. Upon receiving the item we noticed there were scratches, dents, and dings on the outside. When I opened it to use the trackpad was clearly not working as it should be, and there was also a ton of dirt and debris in the keyboard to which I did my best to clean out. I, and three other people tried to get the trackpad to work property to which it would not. I emailed their support staff within about 30 minutes of trying to get it to work that same night. I ended up having to reach out roughly ******************************************************* ***** to drop the MacBook off. Ridiculous. Upon leaving it there they said Id get an email confirming their received it. Three days went by and still no confirmation. I ended up filing a dispute through ****** to which ironically the next day they respond to that, still not to any of my emails or texts. I find it very insulting to have no problem in responding to me when they were trying to take my money, but once they got it all communications stopped. I will never do business with them ever again. Could have been an easy fix and exchange but they made the experience miserable. Thanks for convincing me to buy a new one though.

  These folks are terrific. They say what they will do, give clear and consistent pricing, and a pleasure to work with. I have done trades with Mac of All Trades for over 10 years and many generations of Macs, phone, iPads, etc. I've do trades with them at least once a year for me or family members. Their communication and process are rock solid. It's important to have trust in the site since we are mailing in some very expensive gear and trusting that the results will be good. I've always been happy with the results, and recommended them to many family and friends.
