    I reached out directly to *** ****** to arrange for inspection of my newly purchased home with a suspected water intrusion issue. We scheduled a first appointment, agreed to his price, and he shows up on completely wrong day when I wasn't home. Honest mistake, right? So we reschedule, this time many weeks out due to his "busy schedule". He emails me DIRECTLY IN RESPONSE TO HIS PRIOR EMAIL wherein he had agreed to come on a specific date and asks me if we are still on for a date one week earlier than we had agreed. When I reminded him of our agreed appointment date, he backs out altogether after I've already waited to see him for TWO MONTHS. Not only that, he rudely dismissed my follow-up request for recommendation for another provider of water intrusion detection services. I don't know how he could be in business for 50 years with this level of service. Maybe he worked for a company previously that had professional schedulers managing his calendar. Perhaps he needs to hire someone to keep his appointments straight.
