      I purchased ******************* Drive-Maxx 700 Matte Black Water-Based Rubberized Asphalt Driveway Sealer 4.75 gal sealer. All of this occurred in June, 2024:Summary of application and resulting situation:On June 6th the entire driveway was power-washed.On June 7th Blackjack patch repair was applied to some deeper areas.On June 8th the first layer of 700 was applied to driveway with squeegee. The night before the buckets were turned over as instructed and then stirred the morning of use.On June 9th the second layer was applied following the same steps details as above and applied in the opposite direction as instructed.All above days were dry and between ***** degrees.Driveway was blocked off from cars until 6/22, as we were out of town. Two full weeks.On 6/23 a small car made a turn around in our driveway and we had a small smudge.On 6/24 we had a two Amazon delivery trucks on the driveway, which resulted in deeper smudges and turn marks from where the vehicles backed up and turned around. I was home during said deliveries and there was no unusual driving behavior by the drivers. Later the same day I was able to replicate circular smudge marks simply by spinning on the ***** of my feet in a pair of sneakers. I then went to the Lowes site and noticed numerous other customers with similar issues. We are angry and discouraged. Over 8 hours of time was spent applying this product, which obviously is defective and now our driveway looks like a race track. We have used your competitor's sealers in the past without issue.*Total Cost of sealers for two applications = $429.62. I have the receipts. Seeking a full refund.*8 Hours of labor *now we need to find a way to remedy the issue

      I purchased their ******************* Speed-Fill blacktop crack filler in the fall of 2022.I applied it per the directions and every crack that I filled either washed out or the sealant cracked defeating the purpose.I have tried to reach out many times both by phone and filling out the form on their website with not response. When calling on the phone no matter which option I choose when I get to the end to talk with someone it disconnects me from the call. I believe the product I used was bad and wanted to discuss with someone to get replacement product.

      Im a homeowner, and decided on the ******************* *** 500 first because of the 10 year warranty and because of the durability it was suppose to have. The coverage estimator is way off and as far as the 10yr warranty it hasnt even been 1 year. The sealer is coming off in flakes and looks like ashes in other areas and it looks like I never sealed it in other areas. I spent two days applying the sealer according to the directions and applied with the squeegee. I also purchased the sealer with the 5 yr warranty and the area I sealed is completely gone and this was a walk way. I used the 10yr warranty on the main driveway. Im very disappointed and I have attempted several times via email and by phone to get this matter resolved. I have had not received any response from the company what so ever. I have attached pictures and my receipts, so I can get a full refund, so I can find a different sealer and start all over again. I wont be speaking highly of this company or product to anyone. Im hoping to stop others from buying this product and wasting their money and time. If I dont get any positive feedback with a complete refund, I will pursue my next step, this is fraudulent as well as stealing and no one deserves that. PS

      I Purchased four **** gallon buckets of ******************* Eterna Kote silicone roof coating in May of 2021. From Lowes for a small leak in my roof. Just over a year after application and the leak is back in the same spot. I have called several numbers to try and contact the manufacturer to no avail, it's like they don't even exist. ****** is absolutely no help, they don't even know how to contact the manufacturer of a product they're selling in their store. I am very disappointed in this product and want a full refund to purchase something else!! I do not recommend buying anything *******************!!

      I purchased 6 tubes of APOC 501 sealant, 5 of the tubes seized up and I couldnt use went to Lowes to return and was told needed to contact manufacturer since they were used. Want refund (5 at ***** each plus the tax) for the 5 tubes, have receipt for 4, lost the receipt for the other, all pictured and can see the tubes still have plenty inside but cant use
