Based on the unprofessional, and now illegal, actions of this company and their owner Jose G. Jr. I will be pursing civil and criminal action including litlgation, complaints to the Texas and Florida Attorney General and negative reviews to warn other unsuspecting consumers of a company using a CROSS, characterizing themselves as a "Christian" company to gain customers while the business practices are anything but "Christian" Almost 20 years ago I engaged with Net Ministry for internet services, while their customer service was poor, and representatives often rude, the service was sufficient not to bother seeking services elsewhere, that ended in 2013, when as a direct response to inflammatory communications with their owner and various other NetMinistry employees, I informed them I would be moving to another provider, which I did... Mr. G., strategically left my account on his server so he could claim there was service, even after my hosting was moved. They sent multiple harassing emails and made numerous harassing phone calls, at which time I sent a CEASE AND DESIST. NOW, 8 YEARS LATER (a violation of Florida Law) Mr. Jose G. Jr. who represents himself as Reverend, has contacted me, emailed several harassing emails in a fruitless attempt to collect what he claims are valid charges (35.95) for 4 months spanning from September 2013 to January 2014. This is AUGUST 2022. One more time, Mr. Jose G.Jr. CEASE AND DESIST. YOUR SERVICES WERE DISCONTINUED BECAUSE OF YOU AND YOUR STAFFS UNPROFESSIONALISM, lengthy delay in making requested updates to my website and substandard work product. Reverend G., before you dig your hole deeper, I suggest you research both Florida and Texas Statute of Limitations for (supposed) bad debts. While you have stated your company policy to pursue indefinitely this disputed debt (which is harassment) YOU MIGHT REVIEW LAW! Should you choose to continue your pursuit, there will be costly legal consequences. CEASE AND DESIST!

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to answer this unfortunate complaint. Mr. **** began services with us in January 2005. We developed a website with various components and provided him with support through his time with us. From the beginning, Mr. **** exhibited abusive behavior towards our staff. From yelling and insulting the technicians working to help him to calling anyone who called him out on his behavior "arrogant". He accused our company of failing to provide him with quality service for (1) not being able to troubleshoot issues regarding a form issue he was experiencing due to his refusal to provide us with enough information for our team to troubleshoot and (2) enforcing our billing policies when his account required payment for his regular service. It became so abuse, in fact, that in September 2009, we refused to allow him to speak to support personnel, allowing only to speak to a manager for help until his abusive behavior ended. On October 7, 2009, he was even provided with cancellation instructions due to his refusal to be professional. It was not until November 13, 2009 that his behavior calmed down to the point that a senior partner of our company was able to work with him to help him through his settings issue. Even then, we had to continually remind him of professional decorum. From that point forward, Mr **** continue to be a monthly collection issue. We had to chase him every month for his fee, even deactivating his services several times, after which he would contact us to make payment and reinstate his account. We provided him with continual grace until he stopped paying entirely. We contacted him over and over again and did not hear from him until after the account was referred to informal mediation in preparation for a more formal collection process. Because that has been unsuccessful, we have recently reinitated our own communications with Mr. **** to collect the balance we are owed for the 4 months of service we provided. He never actually cancelled service with us. Instead, he moved his domain name to another provider and did not inform us of this until the account was closed due to nonpayment. This is akin to leaving the power on in an apartment you have moved out of and then refusing to pay for the fees accumulated from your negligence. All we are asking for is payment for the 4 months of service we provided. We are willing to settle with 50% of that amount to part ways as a compromise.

We do have the entire history of client/vendor correspondence as well as his e-mail exchange with us. We can provide on demand. However, its important to note that we would need to take the time to redact confidential information, such as passwords that were shared back and forth between Mr. **** and our support team. But reading through the correspondence certainly helps to understand that we had a very difficult time providing Mr. **** with service through his abusive, neglectful, and unprofessional treatment of our staff. In the end, this is simply about services provided that were not paid for and his lack of follow-through in cancelling services he enabled.
