    Over the past 8 months, my company, Cygany, has received many purchase orders amounting to over $8000 of orders from ********* for their customers. ********* then turned around and charged us back over $6000 in new item fees and ***************** Fees and Invoicing Fees and return item fees. We lost money on all the shipments we made. We are a Small Business. When we disputed the fees, they showed us the vague write up in their policies about being able to charge chargebacks. The new item fees were agreed on by us, by each division as we were told we would get multiple orders, but instead they ordered just enough product to get their $500/SKU chargeback ...and then the product was basically free to them. Then each of these divisions said that they were not ordering any more product. The buyers in each division that did this were trying to keep their job as PFGC was purchasing ********* and integrating part of the ********* ********** ALL Small Businesses should be aware of this very poor practice being done by a very large company!!We have all the documentation saved concerning all the chargebacks and PO's, but it is a large amount of information.
