3 starsI hired Window Wall to put in two windows and front doors, they seem to be reputable
this was only five months ago.
I am not happy with my window or my door. It rained heavily and my new window leaked and my front double doors also leaked.
This was not a big storm.I hope they will fix these problems before the real hurricane season starts. They stated they have a lifetime warranty. We shall see.Review fromDuncan P

1 starPlease Do Not Use this company. They will charm you initially but when things go wrong, they provide every excuse and lie about what they are doing to try and resolve the issue. We moved into the Villages last year and wanted to replace our 20 year old windows. We ordered through Window Wall and they came in 2.5 months to install the windows. Here is where the issues started. 1. They installed the incorrect windows on one side of the front of the house. 3.13.25 2. After many phone calls they eventually agreed to come out and replace the 4 panels that were incorrect. 2 months later they came with 1 panel and it was still incorrect. Meanwhile they want their money and were hounding us for payment even though they had not fished the job at hand. 3. After catching the manager lying to me about dates, financing calls and us being a valued customer I eventually got the BBB involved. Its now June 2nd and we still do not have the correct windows installed. Watch this space for resolution. Again I would not recommend this company.Review fromRyan D

5 starsThe thoroughness of the presentation of what youre trying to sell us was great. The company isnt here just to put a window in. The company process is so refined to make sure it is done right. Its amazing. The attention to detail is something that is just outstanding. Really would recommend them to anyone looking to buy custom hurricane proof windows. The process was seamless from beginning to end and the installation team was phenomenal and left our project and home looking first rate The quality control portion; last part of the process was also outstanding. **** made sure we were ready for inspection and walked us through next steps. From *****, our sales **** *****, our coordinator and ****, our accounting personeveryone and everything was amazing!
