They agree to pay $150 to replace my windshield. The drive did not bring a check. I called ******************************* who solicited my business and made the appt. She said she would send me the money via Cashapp or Venmo. I provided credentials for both. Since then they have ghosted me, will not return calls and has never made the payment. I want the $150 I was promised.

Hey there. We hope your day is going well. Im sorry to hear about a personal commitment between you and one of our members that use to be a sales representative on our team. It's not appreciated that you go on to a business profile and file a complaint about something that you two talked about privately on shared commission with the sales representative that has nothing to do with our actual operations. In your complaint you don't mention any issues with the service/product provided to you just this matter between you two. However if you want to contact ************ and provide your first/last name with your phone number on file we would be more than happy to assist as we want a great experience for all of our customers!

I am rejecting this response because:

This was NOT a personal matter.  They came into our place of business and solicited work for Bang Auto Glass and handed out cards promising cash back for getting the windshield replaced.  The tech was late (hours) **** had to make multiple calls to get him here.  Found he was calling  number that I have no idea where he got it, but wasn't mine.  And then waited until after he was finished to say they didn't give hi a check.  I tried multiple times to get back in touch with the representative before filing a complaint.  Amazing that within 24 hours of filing the complaint, she finally showed up (weeks later mind you) with cash to pay.  Don't try to push your disreputable business practices back on the consumer when you get caught.

      Sincerely,

      *** *****

*** from bang auto pros came up to me after just getting into my car in front of a publix parking lot. He told me about a Crack in my windshield. I did not have a crack in my windshield before going into publix and as I came out he was hovering over my car. The Crack is big and there's no way it would have happened prior. If there's anybody who has had this issue before all I ask is that this be checked into so it does not happen to other people.

Hi i'm sorry that this disturbed your day so much. I can confirm that we have a lot of direct marketing reps in ********** of ******* and ******* but are closely managed and trained. We have high expectations and we high standards amongst our staff. Our job is to find people to help them with their windshields and sign them up to get them replaced. So naturally one of our trained staff members approached you today to help you, not to be attacked back. We can guarantee you though that we did not place or damage your vehicle and leave cracks on your vehicle. 1) damaging someones car is against the law and not worth a one time sale commission for a free windshield replacement. 2) you have no proof or evidence against us/ our rep that it was us. if for some reason you do and submit it to our email at ******************************** or call our office phone at ************ we are happy assist and take whatever action needed to fix the situation. 3) Let's say even if someone on our staff wanted to (WHICH WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT), we still have no idea who you are and no indication that even if we put damage on your car then you would sign up. So technically that would mean we are risking to get in trouble and take a legal charge IN HOPES that if we crack your windshield you'll say yes to earn a small commission? No, that doesn't make any sense. So again im sorry if you didnt notice a specific chip or crack on your windshield and we are the ones who pointed it out to you because its our job, however until then can we not go online and post a bunch of false accusations as our main priority is properly servicing our customers? Thank you! Have a great day.
