      I am sorry as I don't know the exact date I joined, this could be a demonstration of the problem itself (I got no receipt). Since today is February 2 2024, I am guessing I joined about a month ago. They should have me in their computer. I have sent them 2 typed letters with my signature outlining my complaints and asking them to contact me about my concerns. They have not responded to either. During the time I signed up for my membership, I have tried to call numerous times but they don't pick up. Their hours of business are not listed on their door. Their website is not user-friendly and when I tried to sign up for classes, it wouldn't take my birthday so I was unable to pick a class; I had to get one of the employees to help me. I was told that if I couldn't sign up for a class online then I could call beforehand and enter the class; I tried to do this several times but when I called 15 minutes before said class, no one was there. I don't understand their rules of business. I even tried emailing them as an interested party on their website to inquire about their services just to ask how many more classes I had left on my membership, I did finally get an answer to this. Bottom line, Flow PiIates and Yoga are not there physically to take care of its members and when they are there, they don't respond. I truly have exhausted every possible means of communication. Please consider my words.

      *********************** purchased a 10 pack of Yoga classes back in December 18th 2024. She came to multiple classes and also late cancelled a couple other classes. When she called she did not leave a voicemail and  we do not return missed calls back with out a voicemail. When we did speak with ****** it seemed as if she was having technical issues with the app that we tried to help her with. We explained our hours to her and let her know that no one was here in the middle of the afternoon for her to just "stop by. ****** typed and mailed two letters and in one of the letters stated that she would not accept phone calls anymore. We tried calling an could not get a hold of her. I have attached a contact log of multiple emails and SMS messages we sent to her including her receipt. I have also attached the waiver that she signed that clearly states that we do not offer refunds of any kind as well as all of her class activity. At this point we have exhausted all methods to try and rectify the situation. We will not be harassed any further and will seek legal action if needed.
