I bought a pair of custom riding boots from Vox online site. Paid in full. After waiting 12 wks I contacted them and they said I could get a refund. That was over 2mos ago. No response from them my phone or text. My bank has tried for more than 100 days. No response from them.

In January 2023 I put a $950 deposit down for a pair of custom ******************************* boots being sold by Vox Imports, **** I was promised the boots within 3 weeks. According to ********************************* **************, the representative working for Vox Imports, the boots were delayed in shipping and would arrive by March. By mid-March Blaire closed down her pop-up store at *********************** and was no where to be found. Upon calling her cell with no response and then asking her friends, I was informed that she was working for Vox in ********* and was told the boots would be shipped directly to me at my home address. We never heard from her again. In June we received an email from the owner ********************************* *********************** - who apologized for the delay in the boots, promised delivery of the boots by mid-July. We have not heard from ************** since or his assistant "******" whose number was given as ************ (no answer, just an autobot voicemail set-up). We were also promised two pairs of sponsorship boots as we arranged for multiple people to buy these boots from Vox - a major point of embarrassment for my husband and I. *********** knowingly took our money, failed to deliver product and is now unreachable. We want a full refund but feel we have a civic duty to report Vox Imports in a public fashion so as to dissuade future customers from being scammed.

On 02/12/2023 ************************* ********** dba Vox Imports took a payment of $950.00 US dollars from my 17 year old daughter for a pair of custom made ******************************* riding boots. To date ****** has never submitted the order to ******************************* over in ***** and kept telling my daughter they were back ordered. Until my husband and myself got involved in September 2023 upon which time ******************************* advised my husband they have never received our daughters funds or boot order. ******************************* has gotten involved and we currently just received a confirmation copy of a refund request done by Vox Imports along with an offer of in stock boots from their inventory due to our trouble. This did not occur until we threatened police involvement for theft of our daughter's funds under the guise of fraud. Come to find out this is the modus operandi of Vox Imports and there are other very unhappy people who have had their money taken and no product received. This business should not have their licensed renewed as they also left a venue where they did business without payment of their vendor fees. Clearly this is a pattern. The equestrian show community is a very expensive one, and it is obvious that ***** is financing her personal horse business with her swindled peoples funds. How is it possible for a refund request to take" **** business days" to come out of a corporate account and then a "whole card billing cycle" to show up in my daughter's account. My husband is very familiar with retail sales from a management perspective and has never encountered such a thing in his businesses dealings. My underage daughter put her faith in this woman and invested her hard earned money for these boots only to be taken complete advantage of and brushed off in her attempts to resolve the issue. Pathetic company - Vox Imports, NOT ******************************* in *****
