    Booked a reservation based on the advertising on their website of saying the boat could hold 12 people. Two days before we were supposed to go on the cruise the owner of the business called and said their advertising department messed up and they can only *********** people on a boat at a time. We tried to ask for a refund as we are traveling here from out of state. He only offered a voucher when in fact his business advertising was messed up.

    This *******************, is totally out of line. His complaint is completely fabricated. Without contacting us He tried  booking 9 people on our boat that the coastguard regulation states its for 6 passengers only. He did not book or pay to go out on our 12 passenger boat because it was not available. We do offer an option to take out tandem rides with our partner charter company which together can accommodate up to 12 total. He was trying to cram his bachelor party guys on Mothers Day onto the smaller vessel to save money and its simply not possible. And that is not what he paid for. After numerous attempts to contact this ***** he denied receiving our emails texts and phone calls and didnt take our call until 24 hrs before his booking date in which time he tried pressuring us to break the law. Total bs. He was offer a refund if we could capture a replacement booking but it was too late for Mothers Day to be considered by most of those interested a week earlier. We have operated with an impeccable reputation and nothing but 5 star reviews during our past 3 years in operation. He employed his friends and himself to all leave 1 star reviews all at the same time and none of then ever have been on our boat or spoke to me directly except the ***** who initiated this absurd harassment. He was also offered a 1 year credit voucher that is transferable, but no. He refused it. No regard for our loss. He was determined to force me under pressure to take out all 9 passengers illegally and for the price of six or slander me and my business. Im not losing my business and captains license over a water *****.
