    I am the owner of a small independent pharmacy located in ******, **. I have called this company 7 times since august 20th in an attempt for them to un-encrypt the local Prescription files on my computer. Every time I call they say that they will escalate the problem and i will receive a call back shortly. I have not received a call from them to date. I am attempting to switch to a different prescription processing software but am unable to complete this without the images. So now I am having to pay for the new service as well as the old one. Outcomes formally Computer-RX, is charging me $500+ dollars for services that they are not providing. This includes tech support that they are denying my business. I believe that they are purposely holding my images hostage so that I cannot leave their company and have to continue to pay them this monthly fee.
