    We had our lanai done by ***************** at the completion it look nothing like the pictures he showed us. The paint is cracking very slippery my granddaughters both of them fell several times, even after he put slip proof spray on there. *** called him several times. I want at least half my money back. He sent me two text messages one stating he had to close his business the second one stating he will make a payment arrangement with us. that has not happened yet.

    We had Jacob of the above firm do our garage floor with Epoxy Flake. Did a great job. We then asked him about Pavers for our grill to sit on, He gave us a quote and we told him to go ahead and do it. When he completed the job we paid him. About two weeks after completion , we noticed several of the pavers were loose. Called Jacob and he said I think I know which ones they are and would come and take care of it. This was done on Jan 23, 24th, 2023. As of today, April 10, 2023, he has NOT come back to fix them. I have sent him numerous text, and called and no response. BEWARE of this contractor.
