      This company doesnt deserve even a 1 star I basically payed them everything they told me to pay for them to help me and for a full year I try to reach out and find out an update on my account and they literally went ******* one reaches back and I already started paying my debt collectors. Im supper ****** because I literally gave them money that I could have honestly could have used to pay my debt but no! Super disappointed.

      Company not responsive to queries re creditor, namely, comenity bank who washolding ne for paid off ( non existant) debt as oriduct had long been returned to company (wayfair). 2. Had auto pay w them in conjunction w Veritas legal. Both on auto pay. *** finity stopped debating my account months back w no notice whatsoever to me while ******* continues to this month to debut my account. Various letters sent to no avail and comenity gas since sold my accounts to midland finance who alsojept harassing me about wayfair. So what now to stop Veritas - no longer in 'partnership' w Infjnity- from withdrawing money and possible refund for the times and amounts they have debited my account. Last but not least, Infinity has MOT resolved the issue as we agreed; what is my legal recourse in this situation? *******************
