    I started a small cosmetic business and since this store offered pack and ship I agreed to rent a box. Its a husband and wife who own/run the store. The wife was there when I initiated by box back in 2020. One day my grandmother sent me a care-package upon checking my mail I was told you have a package well I was shocked because my grandmother hadnt told me about my package as she just normally sends me a care package at her leisure. Upon receiving the package again I was shocked when I was told I had a package so I smiled and said well I wasnt expecting anything who is it from, she snatched the package back and said well I can return it. I looked at the name and address and said NOt grandmother sent me this package. She looked at me as if I were lying- I have pictures of the box. Since she felt a way I asked her for some scissors and proceeded to open the box right there in front of her. She then looked stupid and surprised as she saw oatmeal granola bars calendars wash cloth and other edible items in the box so she walked off.2nd Instance- again I had a small cosmetic line that I was tryin to open and that never happened because of the very disrespectful employee-s- who work there. I ordered a pair of boots online from a site called poshmark. I never received that box where I had to contact the seller and question the delivery. I was told it was shipped and delivered to the box. I asked about the box and was told there was nothing there she had to go look well upon getting my box it was already opened. I contacted the seller again and questioned why did she mail an open item to which she said How am I able to send an open item dummy!! I was so frustrated and devastated that this was happening again I contacted the store and was told that was the way it was shipped she then proceeded to say nice shoes- what an insult they normally hire teenage kids there so they can blame them for any mishaps. The seller then went online and bashed me as a scamer

    I am rejecting this response because: I am very disappointed to say the least.  I rejected the calls because there are no words to describe the treatment that I have received from almost every adult at your facility and I will not go back and forth and argue about how unfairly I was treated.  Several times Ive tried to express how I felt to only been talked over and disrespected and was even asked so do you have the money? mail forwarded service does not work like that!! I dont know why your mail was sent like this?!!and can you not afford to pay for this service?? when I tried to express my concern on why I thought about closing my box several times but was always told there was a new teenage employee??? I also have so many emails that I will be forwarding So to say you are shocked when you know the turn around for this store.  This is the immature engagement that I just wont tolerate.  For starters once **** took over I was told at every encounter that I was doing something wrong. I was questioned about whether I could afford the services there.  My mail was constantly tampered with and I have proof which I am going to submit as well.  I waited because I questioned myself WHY WHY was my mail tampered with sent back and or destroyed but yet months later i receive an important piece of mail that I was told was discarded.  Bottom line I was treated unfairly and since this disrespect of my mail I will continue to request a refund for the services that I did not receive and for no good reason.  There was always an issue with my mail to which I have proof my latest proof its now March end of March and I just paid 15 to have old mail forwarded.  I was told several different stories abo. We dont do that every month then I was told you WAIT until services are over and you pay 5 plus shipping to have your mail sent out.  I will continue to open a BBB case until I am heard.  All I want is a refund.    I chose now again because of the constant lies and tampering with my mail. I again was just recently told my mail was discarded and why did I not properly forward all of my mail.  The constant feeling of making me feel like I am doing something wrong while paying for a service is incredibly inappropriate.  All I want is a refund.  Years of wasted money to be treated very poorly.
