    Hickory Point RV park will not return my calls x8, although each time a speak with someone I'm assured I will get a return call regarding the status of my refund 7/12/23 I made a reservation for dates 3/6/24-3/13/24 Paid $872.86 around 3/1/24 I had to reschedule the trip due to a medical issue-this was out of the cancellation window for a full refund They rebooked dates 3/18/25-3/24/25 10/29/24 We no longer have the travel trailer so we cannot camp, it was totaled and we havent been able to replace it.I called to see if they had a cottage available for those dates, as our travel trailer was destroyed and we havent been able to replace it. They had no cottage available for us, so offered to refund the money I got a conformation e mail showing the credit card refund less fees about 2 weeks later I called to see where the refund was, it was processed "offline" as showed on the confirmation I had gotten. The person on the phone said that was why I never saw the refund on my CC. I was told a paper check would be mailed.I have called 8 times asking for the status, requesting a manager get back to ***** one has contacted me with any explanation.Please help!! If they werent going to refund my money....then I would have kept the campsite even if I didnt check in.They already charged me for the week , now its cancelled and they will collect the fee again from another customer.PLease help Its very frustrating that they will not speak with me regarding this,I sent them another E mail today Thank You ***** *******
