    Roofing company refuses to close the roof permit after completing the work and getting paid the full amount due. had to hire another roofing contractor to bring in to close the permit.

    These people scammed me out of my money and did not fulfill the contract because they thought it was too much work and they stole $6000 from me.

    This is the Second time or third time this person makes a complaint. He was never a customer. He never paid us.

    We were contacted before he bought the house by a realtor friend of his for a price

    fabricated documents. Ive asked this gentleman too show us proof of payment to us, and he cannot provide that. 
    our attorneys went through this with his attorney before she got off the case

    He had a realtor attorney friend of his sent us a demand letter in our attorney, replied, and she got off the case right away when she noticed that documents were fabricated

    EJ cons and roofing llc Jimmy Franceschini get roofing permit for my house without my knowlede or permission he get roof permit on June 25 2024 from ********************* roof permit No T24010540 for my house address *****************************************************************************. I called mr. ********************** two week ago he say one my guy pool permit and he will cancel ,but as of today he did not canceled yet i tex massage to ********************** and give all information and explain this is mistake by his company now i try to contact he not answering my call so i request to your help to resolve this matter and canceled roof permit thank you ******* ***** (house owner)

    We work with a lot of property management companies, and this was a mistake from one of our customers had us to do this Roof

    We wrote the letter to cancel the permit. Were waiting for it to be processed.
