      I purchased the full course plus labs for 1,200 on 1/23/2024. I watched the first part of the A+ course. After I saw what was offered,, I determined that I was not happy with the product. I contacted my sales representive the very next day on 1/24/2024 at 6:28 am with the folowing email: I have been given access to part 1 of the A+ certification course. I have reviewed it and determined I would like a refund. He sent my request to Eleni ******** who works on the Administrative Support team. She was not in the office on 1/23. She replied to my email today 1/26 instructing me that refunds are not given and that I must complete the course and fail the test twice (the test cost is 258 dollars) If I fail twice, she will then issue me a refund. I regret doing business with this company. I was not happy with thier courses after I tried it out.

      I decided to not continue however *************************** says I have to finish paying and complete the course then she will refund me the money. Which is bill c*** She send me a final notice and says it will got to collections next. I had my bank do a refund and ***** never confirmed so this week my bank is going to take the money back from the refund. The lady only sends me emails saying I need to speak with her its the same email never actually conversing with me about the issue when I respond so I think they are a fake company and need to be sued.

      Our IT certification training is covered by a 120-day certification warranty, which you agreed to and signed at time of purchase, and were sent copies of it.  You must complete the certification curriculum and the pass the corresponding TestPrep in certification mode for this curriculum before taking the corresponding certification exam.  If you fail the same exam covered by CBT Campus training on two (2) attempts within 120 days of purchase and fax in your results of both the TestPrep and the certification exam(s), a refund will be issued for the corresponding certification curriculum.  For curricula with no TestPrep available, you still must complete the curriculum, fail the certification exam on two attempts -five (5) days must elapse between first and second attempt-within the 120 days of purchase and fax your results of the certification exams and a refund will be issued the corresponding certification curriculum.  If your purchase includes 2 (two) or more curricula, this warranty applies to the certification curriculum and your first certification exam.  Being that your account is severely past due, you were sent a Final Notice to give you the opportunity to bring you account to current to avoid being sent to collections.

      learners BEAWARE! please come view the reviews first. I bought their course to pass my A+ they told me " this is an ultimate study material, i wouldn't have to buy any other additional study materials" but i finished their course and took the test but failed BECAUSE the topics are so unrelated to the real exams Professormesser's videos and udemy are way more helpful than this BS, i wanted my refund back and to cancel my subscription, so i called them they said it can't be undone till 6 months.

      In regards to your purchase February 21, 2023, our courses are geared towards helping our students gain the knowledge and skills required to pass their certification exam.  Our courses include up-to-date material of the highest quality to achieve your certification.  Our 120 day Money Back Certification Warranty, which has to be signed and agreed to at purchase, states you must first complete the course.  After course completion, if you fail the certification exam on two different attempts (which have to be five days apart) within the 120 days, we refund the amount that has been paid towards your invoice purchase amount.  After reviewing your courseware profile, you did not complete the course prior to taking your certification exam.  CBT Campus LLC takes pride in helping our students pass their exam and reach their certification goal, which is why we require that the course be completed prior to taking your certification exam.
