    Had a terrible experience working with Bipper for backlinks. Paid $3k for backlinks, which had no effect. Another backlink expert analyzed them and said that even though they were high DA, there was zero traffic going to them, and this is why there was no benefit. I waited one year to see if there would be any effects but my traffic has only dropped. The service was marketed as a way to increase traffic over the long term consistently.I asked Bipper for a refund and they had the audacity to try to sell me on a different service and openly admitted that the backlinks were not working for their clients.This was escalated to an operations director who sent me screenshots of my traffic improving in January of 2022, claiming this was from Bipper. The only problem? Bipper did not publish the backlinks until late February 2022 - making it impossible for them to have done anything to influence my January web traffic. My traffic always improves in January vs the month before which I had already told them. I was told to wait a minimum of 3-6 months to see results from the backlinks and there was absolutely no effect. I am requesting a full refund. I have repeatedly asked for a refund by email and repeatedly warned them I was going to file complaints, and urged them to do the right thing as I received no value from their service. The company has responded with bait and switch sales tactics and outright lies. When I proved their statements false regarding the purported January 2022 increase in web traffic taking place before they completed any of their backlink services, they stopped responding. I am requesting a full refund and am prepared to file additional complaints with state AGs, the **** and CFPB regarding this matter.

    This client engaged Bipper Medias services. We delivered on the services they purchased. Bipper Media is under Privacy Obligations with all of its clients. As such we dont disclose any other information concerning our clients campaigns or scopes of work to any 3rd party individual or organization.
