    Charged me $250 for interior of my car. Car is drying and as it dries stains reappear. I'm very upset. I have been taken full advantage of. I work hard and have a special needs daughter. I'm stressed 😫 and 😡 now.

    Customer was given a written quote which she agreed to. Customer was also made aware that due to the age of stains not all could be removed. Customer paid invoice and after we left canceled payment immediately with her bank.

    The quote that i agreed to was $150, then later somehow in-between the text conversation, that was done, their receptionist added "100 additional for shampooing, which I felt when you come out to do a cloth car that is an automatic and not cost more. I did just called my bank and they did voided the $100, which ended up paying $150 so that was what i originally expected since no one rang my door bell to tell me the car would need shampoo. They need to improve on communication if they intend to look at the car and add more. I also want to state, that the stains that I am taking about keep on appearing more and more. Its not just a few stains, but the interior of the car was not done well. I am speaking about the "DETAILING". I still feel they are a ripoff company. Thank u Marie Adams
