    Our neighbors hire this company to put up a fence. No locates were done prior to digging post holes. They started this job at 4pm on Friday 4/5/24. Property address where holes are *****************************************************************************This work resulted in them cutting our internet line through Centurylink.They plan on adding more posts that could affect our power or someone dying.This is reckless business practice. Per Chaper 556 Florida Staute they have broken laws in severing our utilities.Thank you ***************************

    In response to your claim, the utility companies were called. Indeed, one of our installers broke a cable, which was immediately repaired. For this reason, we apologize. But I would like to say that your attitude towards our workers was horrible, you called the police not 1 but 3 times, so that we would not continue working. You, your husband and daughter insulted and harassed our workers. From what I understand you always act in the same way with anyone who works for the ***************** we are not the first and probably not the last. I understand that you have an easement with them. But harassing the workers and calling the police 3 times is too much. Those problems are between you and molokai, the rest of us are there offering a service. I hope someday you will change your attitude with people and find peace in your heart.

    I am rejecting this response because: The  first thing we see is your workers blocking our only access to our home. Repair to internet wasnt done till next day cause we had to call Centurylink. If utilities were called why was my internet cut 30 mins after work started?  No flags & sad thing is our electric also runs same direction. Just trying to keep your workers safe.

    We would love you to provide us with 811 ticket along with permit for the job since its commercial property you would think you being licensed professionals would know this. Instead your workers start at 4 pm on Friday with no ticket or permit.

    The county has made the park remove fence, so not sure how your company did no wrong. 

    Looking forward to you providing ticket & permit.

    Hopefully you will practice better business practices in the future.
