    I've lived at the same location for over 10 years. Every fall I use my bad system on my mower and set out at least 9 lawn bags of grass every 3rd week or so. They've always taken every single bag. Last Thursday, 10-17-24, they only take 2 bags of grass. I call them as the truck is still on my road and was told the my info would be sent to a dispatcher for a follow up. I waited until Monday to call back. I got in touch with a supervisor named *** that claimed she would get to the bottom of it and call me back that day. Here I am into the next Thursday with no follow up. I called again and am now told that they only take a max of 3 bags. They never once notified the public of the sudden, middle of no where change and expect us to pay their annual rising cost for doing TONS of reduced labor!! I don't remember cutting my payment into 1/4s and paying them like they're doing with their labor for me. This is absolutely ridiculous and is theft of you ask me!!

    I live in ******** Fl and through the city of ******** I found out that the garbage disposal company in my area is GFL Environmental. Because of the high degree of pollen around this time I decided to prune the trees in my front yard. I left the branches to be collected by GFL Environmental on Monday 03/11. It was never picked up. I called the city and they transferred me to GFL Environmental who promised to pick up the branches on Thursday 03/14. Around 4pm on Thursday 03/14 I called to let them know the branches were not picked up. I was told that pickup was until 6pm and the branches will be picked up by 6pm. That never happened. I called GFL on Friday 03/15 and was asked to send a picture of the branches. After receiving the picture I was told by GFL Environmental that they will not pick up the branches unless I paid $200. This is highway robbery. I have seen the truck picking up branches at other residences because that is their duty to do that. I would also like to note that there is no help provided by the City of Minneola. I usually call the city and is transferred to the garbage company. They offer no help at all. I pay for these services to be provided and I dont know why Im being discriminated against. My branches are still awaiting pickup.
